“This lodge is a very good local experience. Although the lodge needs more attention to get it to excellence, they are VERY friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious - needs a little re-design, but overall good. The restaurant is set and neat, food not restaurant level, but if you are happy with a quick meal made by the manager/driver/cook/handyman, all good. “I was very happy about the friendliness of the staff, especially the front manager Silvia who went above and beyond to accommodate me with my very late arrival. She wanted to help me with my lost luggage as well but luckily I didn’t have to bother her. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great stay and welcome to Zambia. Highly recommend ”

“The staff are incredible and it is like being in a tropical rainforest in the middle of Lusaka. The room was spacious and clean. Had a wonderful peaceful stay. Definitely going back!”

“Sam the general Manager is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you whenever he can. The staff are very friendly and give you the feeling that they are to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible nothing seems to be to much trouble. The best of being self catering but with all the facilities that you would get in a hotel ie meals cooked to order plus plus. The only item that is missing for me was that there was no gym and i am an exercise fanatic.”

“We loved the setting! Each room was a small bungalow of its own. The bed was large and very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the room and it had a nice bathroom with hot shower. The food was delicious and the chef and wait staff were very friendly and personable. I would go back there and stay again anytime!”
