“The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. “On arrival thw managed didn't expect us, there wasn't a room ready and they were moving a wardrobe etc into our allocated room. I had to ask for towels, a kettle, a sheet to put over us on the bed. Electric sockets were dangerous, the balcony was filthy and the chairs disgusting. Day 2 of being there, no power and I gave the manager money to top up the electric. After one week there was no water. This place is disgusting and needs closing down ”

Addirittura ci è stata assegnata una camera con un buco nel vetro. Linea Wi-Fi presente solo nella zona bar per qualche minuto al giorno. Unica nota positiva la cucina. Ristorante a self service e altro ristorante vicino alla piscina validissimo con ottimi piatti sopratutto pasta con vari sughi anche per Italiani. Economico quanto basta per non avere pensieri.
