“Hotel is in a amazing position in the Kandy hills. The hotel is very beautiful, mostly for couples. My expectation were hire than what i found. The furniture of the room was very beautiful and based on the island style, the bathroom was very little, and not maintain properly, the bath was not good ( i prefer shower). “When we arrived the hotel was closed. We were given no notice. We were concerned as we had already paid for the hotel. A security guard directed us their sister hotel who honoured our booking which was great but not the experience we expected. I would say the pictures must have also been misleading given it was closed for renovation. The sister hotel was in a great location but very old and rooms not great. Would have preferred to be told and have booked elsewhere. ”
