  • Oceanfront 1 camera da letto condominio con cucina spaziosa e pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, con vista sul blu del Pacifico in Kahana. Divertiti con il dock iPhone, TV da 42 ", e Wi-Fi gratuito, mentre godendo la vista del tramonto di sera e pranzo Lanai. Condo dispone di un letto Cal Re + divano letto Queen (nuovo come di agosto '14). Questo resort vacanza Maui si trova a soli sette miglia a nord della vecchia capitale caccia alle balene di Lahaina in West Maui. Situato nella tranquilla e pittoresca Kahana, potrete rilassarvi nuotando nell'oceano caldo e godendo di viste colorate al tramonto. Godetevi il comfort di cottura alla griglia a bordo piscina cortile e la convenienza di camminare a ristoranti, negozi, attività e affitti spiaggia presso il vicino Kahana Gateway Center. L'accesso ai campi da golf prima di Kapalua e Kaanapali sono a pochi minuti di distanza, mentre di classe mondiale lo snorkeling è appena fuori la porta di casa. Non c'è da stupirsi che il Valley Isle Resort sia la nostra proprietà più richiesta di tutti.

    Sedili in prima fila per l'osservazione delle balene! La stagione delle megattere inizia la sua migrazione di 6-8 settimane a Maui dall'Alaska in autunno! Ecco alcuni fatti interessanti sulla balena:
    • Le balene nuotano a Maui dall'Alaska, trascorrono l'intero inverno qui per accoppiarsi e partorire, quindi nuotare e non mangiare tutto il tempo!
    • I polmoni delle balene sono delle dimensioni di una Volkswagen!
    • I bambini delle balene, nati qui a Maui, crescono ad un ritmo di 100 sterline al giorno!


    VALLEY ISLE RESORT: aggiornamento del progetto di costruzione di edifici commerciali del 3/11/19:

    È in corso la pianificazione per la ricostruzione del centro benessere, la porta cochere, la hall e la passerella per il grattacielo. Ecco una linea temporale stimata:
    • Inizio costruzione (data di inizio proposta - processo di approvazione in attesa di autorizzazione): 1 agosto 2019
    • Data di completamento prevista per la costruzione completa: fine maggio 2020

    L'accesso alla spiaggia del Valley Isle Resort potrebbe essere chiuso di volta in volta a causa delle condizioni dell'oceano e delle onde. I sacchi di sabbia sono stati installati lungo la costa.

We have stayed at this complex a couple times. This is a nice unit. Could use a little love on the inside. Overall very nice. Complex is great Location is very good with Dollies Pub and store across the street. I’d stay in this unit again.

The view is the best thing about this unit. This place is TIRED and needs some love. The location and the lanai was the main reason I stayed here but the inside of the unit needs help. The bathroom is old and gross. I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned up and it was ok but it was expensive for how run down the unit is

Evening dinner on the lanai provided magnificent skies with a new canvas each night. These are not to be forgotten memories . Kahana Bay has warm swimming, sandy beach and the opportunity to swim with turtles. A stay in 905 is worth repeating.

Wonderful views from the lani for morning coffee. And watching for that green flash at sunset. We watched the turtles cruise by in the morning. And we were even treated to a small white tip one morning, for just a few seconds , as it went on its morning rounds. Our last morning we watched a rainbow fade, brighten, grow from a half to full then double. It worked its magik for over an 1 hour and was amazing! A very lovely condo. But it would be a bit more welcoming with a few extra touches. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce. Perhaps some sugar packets for coffee or tea. In a welcome basket.

Loved this property

The location, the view, and having a washer dryer in our unit big pluses. The latter was especially good because one day we had a torrential downpour, which caused water to come in by the bucketful into our unit from open hallways. The Valley Isle management refused any help not even a wet dry vacuum. Got a hold of Chase and Rainbows and we’re on agreement with me that this was the building’s responsibility, but had no clout with them. They did send over a bunch of towels a little late in the game, but at least we had them in case this happened again. Grateful the floors were tile. Kudos to the owner for having a very well appointed unit.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the condo is great. There could have been many little things that could have been done or provided that would have made things better. Aside from the items mentioned above, the condo could have been better outfitted - i.e. there was no salt or pepper. The paper towels and aluminum foil was probably the cheapest ever. Several frying pans were warped to the point they did not sit on stove properly. They only provided 2-3 dishwashing pods for a 10 day stay - we had to buy dishwashing detergent. They did not even provide regular dish soap (like Dawn, etc.). I would rather pay $10 extra each day and not have to worry about such things on vacation. This gave me the impression that the owner was looking to save nickels to make pennies....

Nice view. Easy beach access. Lack of air conditioning was not a problem. There was no internet access for half the stay. This in and of itself would have been manageable with some assistance. However, we sent two messages to the property manager and got no response to either. As a result hours that were needing for working were lost. The lack of any response is not acceptable. I would not stay at this property again and encourage others to avoid it.

Great location and amazing views!

This was our first trip to Maui and the condo at Valley Isle Resort was perfect for us. The view was incredible, it was so fun to see the turtles from the lani. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable but it did the job. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. The pool and the grills were great. The bathroom could use a little TLC. A few items were missing from the starter pack but I contacted the property manager and they fixed it within 24 hours. Overall a great experience, we would definitely stay here again. We loved the location!

It will be perfect without roaches

We were pretty satisfied with the location and the apt. overall. We like the balcony view, big windows, nice kitchen, King size bed etc .. The only thing annoyed us was lots of roaches, kitchen, bathroom, drawers, even dishwasher. Bring good pest killer if you plan to stay here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is good, but we had one issue after another with the rental company that manages this unit. First, I had an issue with them charging more than what was posted on VRBO. This was fixed after several calls and some major frustration. Then we show up and the unit is not cleaned, it's dirty. Then there's no tv remote and the wifi doesn't work. After (3) and several messages left and a full day passing, I finally get through to someone and they come over to fix it. It was frustrating dealing with this rental company.

Great views

The condo was in a great location. Check in process was easy and received code for the key the weekend before checking in. When we arrived, there was a pile of blanket left near the front of the door. Not sure why it was there but it didn’t bother us. The condo had everything we needed. It’s a very quite area and I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was infested with roaches everywhere, it was disgusting! Chase N’ Rainbows was not accommodating! Do not stay here!

The view was pretty and the location was great. Lots of things to do around the property within walking distance or a short drive.

Amazing Stay

I stayed here with my 2 kids and we absolutely loved it. Clear communication ahead of time and during our stay. The unit stayed cool and we had no issues with the unit during our stay. Close proximity to elevators for easy in and out. And the view.... by far the best view possible and at a very reasonable rate. Would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to the island.

Valley Isle #905

A decent property for whale watching and general comfort. Kitchen was functional but could use some hot pads to help with oven cooking. Bathroom was OK but the pathetic small soap bars were a joke. Bring your own shampoo AND soap for that matter. Noisy during day as it is directly across hall from maintenance room with a lot of noise and worker chatter daily. Elevator and people waiting on it are loud at times and there is no escaping, unless you shut your door and bedroom windows, which kills the mountain breeze flowing through and cooling this unit. TV access was very tricky and much harder than it should be. Best to stay in Valley Isle units ending in 06 thru 10 on any floor!! Units 01 thru 05....NOT!
