The Space:

Set on the fifth floor, this two-bedroom condo has two private balconies for taking in the ocean and seasonal whale sightings. The interior includes a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and a private washer and dryer for an easy reset after beach time. Shared pool and grilling access adds another relaxed way to spend an afternoon or make dinner.



Guest Access:

Guests can use the shared pool, barbecue area, elevator, and beach access near the oceanfront property. This unit has an in-unit washer and dryer and elevator access. This unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling comes from portable fans. Outdoor seating and a lit entrance path are available around the grounds. Enjoy sweeping ocean views from the property, with beach access nearby in Kahana.



The Neighborhood:

Kahana gives you a quieter West Maui address between lively Ka'anapali and scenic Kapalua. The area is good for beach days, snorkeling, and lingering over a channel sunset, with stores and restaurants close enough for easy errands. Go north for Kapalua's hiking trails, golf, and bays, or south for Ka'anapali's bigger resort scene. Pohaku Park is also nearby for a beach walk and picnic. This neighborhood works well for families and couples who want to explore West Maui while coming home to a more relaxed stretch of coast.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport (OGG) is about 40 to 45 minutes from the Lahaina area along Maui's west side. A rental car is recommended for beaches, shopping, and dining along the coast, including Kaanapali and Kapalua. Nearby beaches may be just minutes away, but most destinations require driving. Parking is typically available in designated lots, though popular beaches and restaurants can fill up.
