We've been in this condo for 10 days in August, the place is beautiful, at walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort and at 10-20 minutes drive from many other nice beaches of the north shore.
Condo is large enough for 4 people and has a nice view on the Golf course. The reserved parking and the gated entrance to the resort is a good plus, the space for our car was just in front of the unit.
Unit itself is comfortable with enough space for 4 people and a well equipped kitchen, only problem we found is that the microwave was often making the circuit braker trip, just drop the Microwave power to 80% or less to avoid this issue.
Another little problem was the sliding door to the lanai, it is not closing perfectly and hard to move, should be fixed.
The resort has three swimming pools, very convenient for a short refresh when you're back from the beach, a pity that they close early at 9pm in the evening.
Another good plus is the sun-umbrellas (we left one more) and the beach chairs available in the condo, you can go to the Turtle Bay Beach with those and avoid paying silly rates for renting them.
The resort is on the tip of the North shore, at about 90 min drive from Honolulu and the airport, just consider this in case you want to go for excursions on the south part of Oahu.
It is actually very close to the Polynesian Cultural center, and the ticket is valid for three days, book your Lu'au package early, it gets busy soon!
