“Kaikoura was one of the most memorable stops on our New Zealand trip. The snow capped mountains over the sea are absolutely stunning. The staff at Kaikoura Beach motel were so friendly and communicative. We were traveling by train without a car so we opted to rent their bicycles to explore the coastline and the seal colony. “A great location for views of the mountains and sea. The living area of the house is very spacious. Comfortable beds and ample heating for the colder weather. Care is needed backing out onto the main road. (Small cars can turn at the top of the drive.) Hostess was very good at communicating before, during and after our stay. responsive”
