“Ein familiäres hotel mit viel Tradition. Das Haus ist alt und verwinkelt, inklusive urigem Gewölbekeller in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Mein Zimmer war erstaunlich modern. Das Bett war bequem und es war angenehm ruhig. Beim Frühstück war alles grundlegend vorhanden und lecker. Schön wäre noch frisches Obst gewesen, es gab lediglich Obstsalat aus der Dose. Insgesamt ein sehr netter Aufenthalt mit besonders freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Mosel...

“A charming place. The historic exterior belies homely rooms, though the inside is a bit of a warren. The Town is lovely. Everyone who works there is warm and welcoming. Can only recommend a visit to here and to Bullay, which is a good base for the Moselle.”

“Das Hotel liegt ruhig und bequem. Zur Begrüßung gab’s einen Wein – der schmeckte so gut, wir haben sofort nach einem zweiten Glas gefragt. Aber das Frühstück war der eigentliche Star: 7 Sorten Wurst vom Metzger, 14 Sorten Käse, frische Eier, Milchprodukte vom Hof – wir haben uns gefühlt wie auf einem Bauernmarkt mit Hotelbett. Der Tisch war so voll, wir mussten erstmal strategisch planen, was wir zuerst essen.”

“Späte Anreise, herzlicher Empfang Obwohl das Restaurant schon schloss, bekamen wir noch einen wirklich tollen Salatteller zum Begrüßungswein serviert. Unser Zimmer war nur über mehrere Stiegen zu erreichen, nicht schlimm, sollte man aber ggfs wissen und entsprechend bei der Buchung nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen. Unsere Sonderwünsche bei der Buchung wurden berücksichtigt und prompt bestätigt.”

“Wir haben selten ein so freundliches Personal erlebt. Total bemüht und wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, eher in der Qualität als in der Quantität aber das war voll ok. Wir hatten eines der noch nicht renovierten Zimmer, welches aber sehr sauber war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen alleine wegen des Personals/der Eigentümer gerne wieder.”

“I book this hotel because they have free shuttle service from/to Hahn airport, but when i call to book, the “”very unfriendly staff”” ask me to call directly the driver, that told me i had to book 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WHICH IS, IN MY OPINION, ABSURD !!! The room was not bad, but THERE WERE 4 SPIDERS, and that means they don’t clean Good. In addition the water in the shower was only warm. I’m a very frequent traveller and I won’t suggest this hotel, for this price find something else !! ”
