“When we requested them for fridge requirement, they upgraded our room to so called best room (suite). It was poorly maintained room with no fridge, rusted kettle, leaking tap, unusable table, and only one towel, empty soap dispenser. Lift was stinking. The only good thing about this property was they had separate space for parking and staff were polite and helpful.”

“I couldn't find the hotel, my driver and I spent more than an hour trying to get to the hotel location but never found it, plus the location area provided was dark and gated. I'm asking for a full reimbursement.”

“There are zero redeeming qualities about this hotel. The shower consisted of a bucket, the bed was on an old metal box spring and the mattress felt like it came from a fold out couch. All of that was forgivable and Ina way quaint and a fun little story for friends. however, the dozens of aggressive mosquitos in the room were the last straw. ”
