Set in the serene Maunawili neighborhood and framed by the dramatic Koʻolau Mountains, this quiet residential area offers a true escape into nature. Just 10 minutes from the heart of Kailua, you’re within easy reach of iconic beaches like Lanikai and Kailua Beach, scenic hikes like Maunawili Falls and the Pali Lookout, and a variety of local cafés, shops, and markets. With easy access to the Pali Highway, downtown Honolulu is just a scenic 25-minute drive away.

The best way to explore Oʻahu from this location is by car. Renting a vehicle is highly recommended, as it gives you the flexibility to access nearby beaches, hiking trails, and local attractions with ease. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability in quieter residential areas. Public buses do run through Kailua, though service to Maunawili is limited, making a car the most convenient and efficient option for getting around.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7.
-No smoking in the property or on the premises
-No pets are allowed on the premises
-No parties or events on the premises
-Please observe quiet hours of 10pm to 8am
-Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
-Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
-Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit.
-Please be respectful of the owners who live in the other house on the property
-A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.

Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT or on the unit property unless explicitly designated by a sign designating an area for smoking. Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities. We want you to enjoy your time with us, but we have ZERO TOLERANCE for Drug use and our properties are SMOKE FREE.
