Fantastiche milioni di visualizzazioni di dollari di questa angolo condominio di fronte all'oceano. Nessun luogo è più bello lungo la costa di Kona. Confortevole ampio patio coperto / patio con un massimo di otto a dieci piedi in cristallo traslucido blu onde che si infrangono a soli 100 passi sulla spiaggia di Honl che è considerato una delle migliori spiagge del surf di tutto il mondo. Surfisti e snowboarder boogie intrattenere tutto il giorno.

Infatti, il consiglio boggie è stato inventato da un surfista in nostra spiaggia (di Honl). Scuba e snorkeling dalla riva con un sottomarino acquario impressionante. Abbondanti le barriere coralline forniscono rifugio per i pesci senza limiti e la vita selvatica. Tartarughe può essere visto spuntare la testa sopra l'acqua che avvolge lungo la riva appena sotto la veranda.

Ristoranti e centri a pochi minuti lungo l'oceano passeggiata per il Kona Village meno di un miglio a piedi. Un certo numero di moderni centri commerciali con supermercati (Safeway, Sac'n Salva, e più proprio sulla collina dalla riva. Costco, Home Depot, Lowe nelle vicinanze. I principali campi da golf di fama mondiale e record del mondo di pesca marlin sono vicino. Nuoto, escursioni, e andare in bici ovunque a casa del famoso 'Ironman Triathlon' si tiene ogni ottobre. Il complesso condominio ha una piscina fronte oceano, Jacuzzi, Barbecue, e patio partito.

Il condominio è completamente attrezzato con una lavatrice e asciugatrice, piano cottura e forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e freezer, utensili da cucina a microonde, frullatore e tostapane, e quasi tutto ciò che serve compresi gli asciugamani da spiaggia. Oltre ai letti nelle due camere da letto, un comodo materasso matrimoniale con pompa integrata è disponibile se necessario ..

Beautiful beachfront property

Ideal spot overlooking a small beach park. Property was exactly as photos advertised. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, easy underground parking. Only problem was that we wanted to stay longer! We did not give ourselves enough time in Kona after starting our trip on the Hilo side of the island.

Fantastic view and excellent accommodations.

This is a very nice property with a superbly supplied kitchen and bathrooms. It had plenty of everything you would need to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the lanai was spacious. You couldn't ask for a nicer view. Glorious!

Amazing surf and beachfront views!

We four adults (all over the age of 67) thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous view of the rocky beach and surfers from the second floor balcony. The apartment was clean and ready for our arrival. While the listing did NOT specify there was easy access to the public beach (next door to our building) we thought the access from the building might be easier than having to walk out of the building area and access from the street. Our only suggestion regarding the apartment itself would be to provide a floor fan that could be relocated to the end of the hallway (closest to bedrooms) to help draw the air conditioned air from the window unit air conditioner in the front living room into the bedrooms for a cooler night’s sleep. It was a wonderful experience and my hubby and I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Kona Paradise

You can’t beat the location of this property. Staying right on the shore made this trip special. We did not have to go anywhere to enjoy great views and sunsets, yet many good restaurants (Fletcher’s Kitchen and Huggo’s On The Rocks) are an easy walk, as is town.

Wonderful location with a few updates this property would be amazing. Invest in some new towels, a little more comfortable bed and some actual glass in the condo rather than just plastic.

Turtles on the beach

Wonderful location and facilities - you can’t beat the view! Enjoy the surfers, see the turtles munching in the rocks with your morning coffee on the deck! Crazy sunsets. Great Kona location and easy safe parking. Quick walk to Kona shopping or snorkel beaches etc!

Overall the location was great, amenities were as described. There were some homeless camps nearby, and the property needed a deep cleaning, and minor maintenance. AC did not work in back bedroom for example. View was amazing, and the patio was the preferred location in the house.

Family Winter Vacation

We had an excellent experience in this condo. The location is perfect, the amenities of the condo and complex provided any thing we could ask for. It was so nice traveling from North Carolina to arrive and have some of the essentials a family needed. When we return we will stay here again.

Great views

The condo was nice. Location is great. We love how close it is to everything. It looks partially redone, floors and countertops and bathrooms. The smart tv was a plus for evening downtime. We saw whales and lots of coming and going from the lanai. Unfortunately, the lanai doors barely moved to open and close and we couldn’t get them to lock and the screen would not stay on the track. The floor also needed a good scrub but everything else was clean and tidy.

Excellent location, in need of a deep clean

You simply cannot beat this location. The view from this unit is stunning, parking is convenient and the walk to town is very easy. The kitchen is reasonably updated and the flooring is nice throughout the unit. It's a shame the windows/sliding door/lanai are so filthy, and the furniture in the main bedroom is so poor, as this really does distract from the unit.

Great Spot in Kona!!

This was my first time at this Property. Super close to the Main Area to walk to for all kinds of things. The surprise was the sandy beach next door.

Beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay. I only have 2 complaints. 1 is the queen bedroom didn't have a dresser so that was disappointing. Second is the beach was very rocky, so not much of a beach to swim. Other then that, the two was amazing and i would come back again.

Kona Reef Stay

This is unit has the best location with a corner view of the beach and surf. It is a great location.Close to town restaurants and shopping. It does need a little TLC as being at the beach takes its toll. The pool and jacuzzi are well maintained along with the facility. We did have a bit of a problem with the refrigerator and dryer, however the maintenance contact was handy and took care of the frig.

Beautiful Views and Proximity to the Ocean is unbeatable!

Everything was great and clean. There were only 2 negatives. One was the ac. It does have ac but only in the living room. There is a fan system that sucks air out of the living room and push that “cooler” air to the bedrooms, but the bedrooms were always at least 10 degrees Fahrenheit warmer. The second was the sliding glass balcony/lani door. It was very difficult to open and close and needs to be repaired. Overall was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

A lovely spot but nasty condition of interior!!

Really a great unit but it is a filthy mess!! The lanai has a rusted beach buggy in the corner with chairs that no one will ever be able to sit on which is sad because there is a beach right next door! The window cranks have a horrible scale attached to them and the screens have so much dust it is impossible to see through them.If someone does a deep cleaning this unit would be pleasant!

Short stay

This location is incredible! The condo is older but quite nice. We spent most of the time on the lanai. The view is breathtaking. In the morning the water is so clear you can see many fish (especially the yellow tang) and even turtles. The only thing I wish I knew before booking is that the beach here has such a strong current and that the shallow rocks are covered with urchins so the locals strongly advised me against swimming or snorkeling at this beach. We did have a car and were able to drive to a great snorkeling spot, but I was hoping to snorkel here. Otherwise, this is exactly as advertised. morning morning

PROS: The listing is exactly like it said regarding the view! You are literally right on the ocean! Can’t beat how beautiful it was! Communication with the owner was great and check in was very easy! Great walking distance to the Main Street/Restaurants! The most amazing snorkeling ever, just to the left of the condo!! CONS: The condo is VERY outdated! Not just the decor…. Towels, linens, all the finishes, utensils, etc.. There is no central air, only a wall air conditioning in the living room! (It did eventually cool down the unit). Place just needs some major updating and paint! The balcony sliding door is extremely heavy and doesn’t open and shut Properly! Could be very difficult for some to open/shut!
