Posizione assolutamente bellissima. Questa proprietà è posizionata con grazia accanto alla piscina lunga 50 piedi a forma di pesce. Questo è tranquillo e pacifico, esotico e raffinato. Ventoso e bello. Questa splendida proprietà sul lungomare soddisferà i tuoi desideri di mare. Sentirai, ascolterai e percepirai gli aromi, i suoni e i movimenti dell'Oceano Pacifico. Svegliati con le canzoni di cardinali rossi, fringuello zafferano e colombe mattutine. E, rilassati nella tua piscina. A pochi metri dal bordo delle acque di He'eia Bay, dove spesso si vedono le tartarughe marine prendere il sole sulla riva o si uniranno a voi per una piacevole nuotata. La spiaggia di He'eia Bay è di roccia lavica nera, punteggiata da coralli bianchi e sabbia nera nel mezzo. Queste unità dispongono di grandi verande con sedie a sdraio e set da pranzo per quattro e grandi barbecue a gas con bruciatori. Comodi letti king size e Smart TV da 42 pollici. La cucina ha un lavandino, un ripiano, un frigorifero di medie dimensioni, un forno a microonde, una padella elettrica, un tostapane e vari piatti. Nessun fornello o forno. A hidden gem! This suite was the absolute best spot to spend our week on the Big Island. Paul and Kay were excellent hosts. Paul greeted us as we arrived and answered questions as they arose. The pool and hot tub, along with the quiet backyard, provided the perfect oasis for a week of relaxing in the sun. The suite had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. We cannot wait to return again!

Gorgeous ocean view

Our host Paul was always helpful and accommodating, including in communications before our arrival. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with everything needed during our stay. The ocean view is spectacular! Peaceful and quiet, perfect for our much-needed getaway. The location is quite convenient to restaurants and shopping, and to night snorkling with the manta rays, my favorite activity! We went on a day trip to Volcanos National Park, and they picked us up right at the house. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd be happy to return someday.

Nice place on the ocean to yourself

The property is right over the ocean looking South over a small bay. There are two suites in the lower level of the host's home, with the host residing above. They do a good job keeping to themselves, so having them there was the same as having a neighbor in a condo. The other suite was unoccupied until our last day. We had the backyard, pool, and spa to ourselves until the last day when we got neighbors. Much better than sharing a condo complex poo/yard where you don't know what those many kids have been leaving in the water. The unit is a bit odd with respect to kitchen. If you don't care about food prep, no issue at all. But be aware the kitchen is spread across the bedroom for coffee maker, bathroom for one counter and cabinets, foyer for toaster oven microwave, fridge, and dishes, and outside for sink, counter, cabinet, and gas grill. In the end, it works, but going through doors for different things is a pain. Also, no problem having no stove, and the electric fry pan works, but it would be nice to have a simple induction hot-plate and a few pans to cook with.

5 days in Kona

Found this great spot on VRBO while looking for hotels. Perfect hideaway at the opposite end of the beach road that leads to main part of town. Contacted Paul with my info and the process was easy. Pictures are all spot on. Quaint living/sleeping area ground floor with pool and hot tub outside the bedroom doors. Outside shower is perfect when returning from beach or excursions. View of Ae'eia Bay with stone beach and walkway that leads to awesome sunsets. Really wish I stayed a couple more days to enjoy more of the Big Island. Only thing is no stove/oven.. Microwave/toaster is available. I really didn't use or need them on this trip. For me it was the perfect place to return to everyday after enjoying all that Hawaii has to offer. Wish I stayed longer.

Amazing view & pool … didn’t want to leave - sound of ocean waves to fall asleep in comfy bed & whales with coffee in AM - Absolutely lovely! Central location in quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful with all amenities needed. Hosts provide privacy unless needed.

Beautiful by the sea

This was one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in. It was VERY clean and comfortable. The pool, outdoor kitchen and outdoor showers were super. Paul was a super host.

Beautiful peaceful stay!

The house was lovely and clean, powerful air conditioning + constant breezes made it really comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and private and we watched the sun set there multiple times! Paul was a great host and made check in and check out super easy! We loved our stay and already want to come back

Secluded gem

Paul and Kay are some of the sweetest people we’ve met. Gave us recommendations when we would see them and always asking if we needed anything. The view from the property is unreal. It’s 10/10 better than staying in a busy hotel. House is also right next to a walking path that goes down to the water. Would stay here again.

Cozy Kona Paradise

This property is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to a lot of amenities (I.e: grocery’s, restaurants). It has its own swimming pool and beach access is right next to the property. The view of the beach/ocean is magnificent! Very private for couples who likes their privacy. Would highly recommend this property and definitely would like to go back.

Absolute Gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place. Loved the location and the view. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every night after our hikes. Paul was very friendly but not intrusive. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.
