Questa residenza privata Na Hale O Keauhou 2-1 / 2 a 3 brm si trova in un lussuoso complesso turistico recintato con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, sulla spiaggia o sulle montagne. A pochi passi da negozi, attività, ristoranti, teatri e spiagge, tra cui il famoso Kahaluu Beach Park ... la più famosa spiaggia per lo snorkeling delle Grandi Isole.

Ci sono tre camere da letto di grandi dimensioni. La camera da letto principale è un rifugio romantico, completo di un lanai arredato in modo confortevole per guardare quei meravigliosi tramonti hawaiani. Il bagno principale ha una vasca e doccia separate di grandi dimensioni, magistrali mobili italiani e ripiani in granito. La seconda e la terza camera offrono un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli e ampi armadi. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto tropicali a brezza fresca.

La cucina gourmet è completamente fornita di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e mobili italiani - tutto per soddisfare i tuoi gusti culinari. La sala da pranzo e lo spazio abitativo a fascio aperto sono arredati con gusto e includono TV HD a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e WiFi. La disposizione è perfetta per garantire che i tuoi ospiti facciano sempre parte della conversazione.

Our stay at Shawn’s property was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Shawn was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure every detail was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

A well located, nicely furnished and well-equipped property. Our family of 6 had a great time, exploring the island, swimming, snorkeling within walking distance and enjoying the sunsets from the lanai. Having the well-stocked shopping center close by helped.

Tropical Paradise

The location of this property was great. A very quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the well -kept pool area. It was very handy to the grocery store and the mall had most all of the conveniences that you would need. The townhouse had a few things that needed fixed. The toilet downstairs needed a new flapper installed so that it wouldn't run non-stop but the owner said he would get it fixed. The main TV downstairs has issues which we informed the owner of. But other than that it was a great place to rest and relax.

Excellent stay. Would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. We were a family group of 7 (kids aged 5yr-teen) and found the space excellent for our wants. Pictures are accurate to the space. They had switched out the dining room table for a larger one, which was much better for our family. During daylight, we much preferred the spacious outdoor ground-level lanai for relaxing (not shown). Garage was not available for our stay. Our girls loved the pool. The HOA requires quiet after 8:30pm so the evenings were quiet almost every night. Parking was easily available at all hours. Some beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles) were available to use.Things to note:It doesn't have much space to hang towels to dry. We ended up using the dryer for the pool towels but hung our beach towels on the backs of the ground level lanai chairs as i didn't want sand transfering to clean clothes in the dryer.There are beds for 6 but they have a blowup queen mattress that fits in the master bedroom or in the main room downstairs. They were able to provide a twin foldaway to accommodate our 5th kid in room#3.If you have a larger group, be prepared to do a bit of laundry before you check out. The washing machine is fast and effective though. It wasn't a hassle.We had trouble with the lockbox during checkout. That said, the owners responded quickly by phone and text to work out an alternative solution.

Quiet & Relaxing

Location & townhouse were both great & as advertised. We had one small snag with accessing the townhouse due to code & some outlets weren’t working. Owner/agent was very responsive and issues were very quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again!!! Beds very comfortable. AC is an extra fee. Overall awesome!!

Our best stay yet !!

Our family lives in Alaska and we try to make Hawaii our vacation destination once a year , This was our 3rd time in Kona. This property exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for a family of five adults. Our favorites-the fully equipped kitchen, our private lanai, upstairs, and downstairs with a grill provided downstairs for multiple meals throughout our stay. It’s quiet ( the sounds you will hear ? birds, the cooling breeze and ocean waves) yet very convenient with a shopping center ,grocery store 2 minutes away and multiple restaurants all with ocean views.Excellent location! With unobstructed Sunset views from the second floor lanai. and the best pool/spa we have had at any location. The customer service Shawn provided was the best. He has the perfect balance between concern for our experience and just letting us relax and enjoy the property.

Cleanliness and and broken appliances

Dirty dishes being pulled from the cub boards. Gas grill filthy. Could not use. Hair in master bath shower. Kitchen was dirty. Carpets are filthy. Broken toilet in hall upstairs. Broken window in small bedroom. Did not enjoy due to these things listed above. The house was very dirty and I feel dangerous with the state of the kitchen and dishes being dirty…everywhere.

Great place!

Great property. Very clean and large. Had a nice view. Very nicely maintained grounds Lots of space for our family with 3 kids. Close to stores and restaurants. Nice big pool area that was never crowded. Host was extremely helpful. Very responsive to any questions. Definitely recommend!

Every thing was pretty good.. I loved how quiet it was.. but what I didn’t like was the HOA rude people. Lights went off in the pool and we were just getting out of the pool and from out of nowhere some guy came in threatening a 250 dollar fine for being in the pool..

Nice property!

Very conveniently located. Lots of space. Only a few small things would have made it the best. Kitchen needs a new set of pots and pans. The 2 skillets are badly scratched Tfal. Lids are missing,otherwise kitchen had everything you need. I did not enjoy the requirement that laundry be done by departing guest or more money would be charged. My last Vrbo rental did not require this. It is almost a deal breaker to have to do laundry on your last day of vacation. I’m not even sure I like it that some random guest did the laundry for my bed and bath. That took the shine off an otherwise great rental.

Great place and location

The townhouse had great views, was in a very nice development, close to the beach and restaurants and stores. It was spacious and well equipped with nice furniture and patios. It did have a few maintenance issues that could easily be rectified. Air Conditioning was an add on charge. I would stay here again on my next trip to The Big Island.

Good Location, but condo not What was Expected

Started off before even arriving. Was told that we would need to pay extra for A/C which on the ammenities list was not mentioned. Not entirely the condo owners fault as when you click the more link on ammenities, an A/C charge is listed. So that is more a VRBO issue. But the customer tried to get us to pay outside of the protected VRBO payment platform, and when I told him I'd rather pay through VRBO, I was charged more. Once we arrives the door code we were provided was incorrect. Once that was figured out we found that the celing fan in one of the bedrooms was missing a blade so we were able to use it. The oven door in the kitchen was broken so it would not latch and was non-functional. The condo owner did have a repair service come and fix it, but it was not functional for the first 5 days of our stay. The dishwasher was also broken and non-functional the entire stay. Wifi code was not listed and it took a few days to get that sorted out. After looking it was on the bottom of the page in the checkout instructions hidden in a folder, not with the condo general info or a place that would have made sense. All in all, we will not be back to this unit and do not recommend it unless things get fixed.
