Situato in una gated community, se stai cercando il quintessenziale cortile tropicale hawaiano, l'hai trovato. Hawaii è la vita all'aria aperta e questo lega tutto con una vista sull'oceano. L'ampio lanai coperto ha una zona pranzo, un'area barbecue e una zona giorno che si affacciano tutte sulla splendida piscina riscaldata dal sole con illuminazione a fibre ottiche per divertimento notturno e giardini tropicali. I giardini sono costituiti da heliconia, plumeria, numerose palme, ananas, uccello del paradiso, limone, ibisco e altro ancora.

2 serie di portefinestre si aprono nella grande sala della casa dove si viene accolti da splendidi pavimenti in bambù e soffitti alti. Le nicchie artistiche creano lo stile della grande sala. La grande sala si apre sulla cucina attraverso un ampio bar per la colazione. La cucina ha un ampio spazio negli armadi in acero, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e splendidi ripiani in granito. Lo spazio di lavoro abbonda e il triangolo di lavoro si sposta facilmente. Per comodità, un mezzo bagno è fuori dalla cucina. 2 camere per gli ospiti, un bagno completo e una lavanderia completano questa ala della casa che conduce al garage per 2 auto. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata centralizzata e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto.

La suite matrimoniale è separata dalle altre camere per gli ospiti dall'altra parte della casa. Ci sono porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono su un lanai privato per il padrone o verso la piscina. La suite principale dispone di un ampio armadio principale walk-in e di un bagno principale completo di lussuosa vasca da bagno, doccia in vetro, doppi lavandini e ripiani lunghi aperti.

So kind, the host had a very nice gift pack for us. The pool/yard outside entertainment area was really fantastic. The lawn with all the greenery was immaculate. House well equipped to cook and a good outdoor grille provided. I was very satisfied.

Great Stay in Kona

My family of 4 stayed here for almost a week. The property is absolutely beautiful, and has a well kept garden and pool that my kids loved. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet gated subdivision, but close enough to Kona shopping and dining.I literally had only 2 very small issues. The ice maker on the fridge is NOT clean, so we ended up making ice using the filtered water pitcher and ice cube trays. We were also only able to find one tub drain plug to use between both tubs, which ended up being a minor inconvenience.Despite this, our experience was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the Kona area.

Paradise house

This Property was amazing! I have been to Kona 4 times and this was my favorite house. When you walk out to the backyard, it’s like your own little mini paradise of Hawaii. The landscaping and the pool is what did it for me.The pool is not heated but it was warm most of the days. One thing I really appreciated is all the doors that lead to the outside pool area have child locks, which is most important to me since I have a five year-old grandson.

Perfect house

We had the best time in this house. We loved getting up early and sitting by the pool to drink coffee. We also loved having the outdoor grill and the huge yard. The house was plenty big enough for families and was clean. Even with other houses close by it felt very private and quiet. We will definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful property

This lovely home is located in a quiet residential area but close to Kona. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the pool. The property was equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Big Island Getaway

We stayed for two weeks, as I was taking part in the Ironman race this October. The property was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was great with everything needed to make meals as neccessary. I had seen some reviews that the oven was difficult to use, but this wasn't a problem for us, the oven seemed very new and hi-tech (who needs their oven to have Wifi?). The garage was also well-stocked with pool / beach toys which were really great for the two young children we had with us. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher didn't seem to work, but when I emailed the vendor thay sent a handyman the same day to fix it. All in we had a wonderful stay. The location is great in a beautiful, quiet place with easy access to Kailua.

Kona vacation

My family and I stayed for a week at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and they were kind enough to let us check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The pool is nice, a little outdated but still nice to have. The beds weee comfortable and the house was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay. Pictures are accurate and house is beautiful. Very spacious. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen, pool floats, and more. Soooo many beautiful birds and flowers and very safe neighborhood. We will definitely return!

Exceptional!

This house was perfect for our family of four!! Location in a private neighborhood close to town was great. The lanai/pool/yard is amazing. We used the grill and kitchen to make many of our meals at the house. The concierge provided with the rental (David) reached out before our trip and helped us book several activities. His recommendations helped us make the best selections and make the most use of our time on the island. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful garden

We loved the location and outdoor space. The home could use a refresh: rusty kitchen drain, cheap faucet that could not dispense cold water, bathroom fan not working. Spacious interior but odd layout for the space. The bed was comfortable. There are no blinds on master patio door. The sheer curtains didn’t adequately block the light. Master bathroom and closet offered plenty of storage. Strangely there is no shelf in the shower stall for bath products. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Peace in Paradise

We’ve been coming to Hawaii island for many many years. This home is our favorite so far. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, we were not awakened by road noise but rather by bird calls. We to major roadways so store trips didn’t eat up our shopping days. Best, however, is the lovely pool, garden and outdoor eating area. This house is a gem!!

Family Vacation

This property is actually what you see online!! The pool and grounds are stunning, the open family room concept was ideal for keeping us all together. The bedrooms were all perfect, especially the master with the HUGE closet and tub!! Close to everything and felt like I was at home:) We will return again soon!
