Accogliente casa lontano da casa

Il King Palm di Palm Hale si trova all'ultimo (secondo) piano della casa. Si tratta di 1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, bagno, schermato in lanai, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, vista sull'oceano da tutte le camere, cucina con frigorifero full size., piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frullatore, macchina per il caffè e macinacaffè per preparare il famoso caffè Kona, tv via cavo, wifi. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice a gettoni in una sala comune. All'esterno ha un gazebo, tavolo, sedie e un barbecue per chi ama grigliare. C'è un ampio parcheggio fuori strada dietro casa. La casa è situata in modo da ottenere la brezza dell'oceano e sentire le onde che si infrangono sulla costa di notte. Siamo tra Magic Sands Beach (spiaggia di sabbia bianca) e Snorkel Beach (spiaggia di Kahalu'u) ed entrambi sono raggiungibili a piedi se si desidera semplicemente passare il tempo nelle spiagge locali. Siamo anche a solo un miglio dal centro di Keauhou, che ha un negozio di alimentari, ristoranti, ufficio postale, teatro, strutture mediche e un mercato degli agricoltori il sabato mattina, persino spettacoli di musica e danza in alcuni fine settimana. Hai la città di Kona a 5 minuti di distanza da Alii Dr. nell'altra direzione che ha molti negozi da esplorare, ristoranti, siti storici e posizioni per iscriverti ad attività come un luau, tour, snorkeling, lezioni di surf, sottomarino giostre, charter per la pesca d'altura e molto altro, tutto questo è sul lungomare.
I tramonti sono incredibili, la sera vedrai la gente del posto accostare ai lati della strada per guardare il lampo verde mentre il sole sorvola l'orizzonte.
Esistono due sistemi di transito che girano su Alii drive rendendoli molto accessibili.

This stay well exceeded our expectations. One thing that stands out is the hosts genuine enjoyment of creating an experience for guests. There is an overall feeling of giving and sharing embodying the Hawaiian aloha. The unit itself was fantastic. Well maintained and very clean but also well stocked to meet any need. The kitchen in particular was unusually convenient compared to other rentals I’ve stayed. Location is very convenient to some of the most celebrated beaches like Magic Sands. Only a short distance to shopping and entertainment.

One of the most delightful places I've ever stayed, SO special! The ocean views and breezes were epic!! Isaac was a wonderful host- friendly, hospitable, accommodating, excellent communication...It was also one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in, tastefully decorated, comfortable. Was definitely worth a bit of road noise for all of the magical island experience!!Didn't want to leave and hope to come backMahalo nui, Isaac!!!

Very pleasant

Easy access and parking, not super walkable but not a big deal as most things are driving distance anyways. lots of nature sounds and birds at night which was not a problem for us but if you need total quiet to sleep there are earplugs.

An amazing open air unit with floor to ceiling screened windows with shutters which makes for beautiful ocean views, cool breeze, and unique sounds of nature. Great location, had everything we needed and more!

Awesome property and location

This was our second stay at this home. Probably the best-equipped place we've ever rented. Ideal location. Highly recommend unless you seek a noiseless place. Sound of road and other guests is noticeable but not an issue for us.

Lovely stay

The suite we stayed in was really nice - open air feeling with great views. The location is away from much of the touristy-stuff, but close enough you can Uber easily to nearby points of interest. If you have a rental car, the parking area is very private and spacious. The host was very accommodating. It was nice to have an onsite washer and dryer. And I was impressed to find lots of loaner items available - beach chairs, snorkeling gear - the works. I would definitely go back.

Tree tops

With the absence of windows and only screens the sounds of the birds in the morning was delightful. The car noise usually calmed down after 8 pm and there was an occasional vroom noise. You can see the ocean over the tree tops and the walk to the beaches is easy although the beaches are not very swimming friendly with all the lava rock. There are others staying in the building and there was just a little noise. The parking lot in the back was great because parking is hard to find on the narrow streets. The place was stocked well and beautiful.

A lovely Hawaiian-style penthouse!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! The lovely high ceilings and shuttered/screened windows all around give such an open, breezy feel. No AC required and the sound of the waves make for great sleeping too. A wonderfully spacious place for a couple but also great for a family with a child. Isaac is a gracious and very responsive host.

Very special place

We loved our stay! Location was ideal- short walks both directions to wonderful beaches. Island breezes and sunsets were perfect from the condo. Everything we needed was included and we were very comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and ducks in the backyard.

Tropical Paradise that’s *almost* private

Overall, my wife & I are very pleased with the property/price we paid for our stay. We stayed 8 nights total. First, all the open air shutters are beautiful! Plus they really do allow tons of air movement through the unit if you will leave them open. Know that you will hear more outside noises than you’re used to as this (like many other homes) is an open air building with no AC. Secondly, the space is great! The bed was nice and it was obvious it was well taken care of. Isaac also provide beach towels, chairs, coolers, snorkel gear etc for your use so you can leave all of that at home. Parking is plentiful and it’s secluded with cameras which is a great touch as well. Our only complain is the noise level in the unit. I looked over the post again to be sure & didn’t see it said anywhere so I’ll share it here. You can close the doors to the bedroom to have that & the bathroom completely private, but the rest of the house is not. Above the door that you come into there is a giant open space in the wall where on the other side is the main stairs everyone uses, as well as laundry machines etc. Every sound everyone made was heard loud and clear in our unit/vice versa. There were multiple times we were woken up because of the sounds coming from the living room (but really was from the stairs) and I had to investigate to make sure no one was in the house with us. I think this should be clearly stated in the listing so people know and can make an informed decision. 8/10 overall.

Lovely, spacious apartment near Magic Sands beach

The property was 2nd floor, light,airy and spotless. Just as advertised, a great location in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from 2 beaches. Issac the manager was fabulous- responsive, communicative and very kind. We were comfortable and happy here.

5 Unit complex

Our short stay in this condo was fine. I was under the impression we were across the street from the beach, and we were, but behind another apartment complex, so not exactly. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building, but not in unit… our ceiling did not go all of the way to the top of our unit, but opened into the stairwell, so if any other guests turned those lights on, they shone into our unit. There are not any glass windows, only screens, so a lot of outside noise from traffic … all of that said, the unit was clean, there is plenty of parking on site.

Late Fall Getaway

8 days in the sun. One great snorkel beach and one small swimming beach a short walk away. The water was clear and calm and the fish abundant. The home is central to the island tourist spots. There are screens and shutters for all the windows, the sounds from the traffic can be heard. We enjoyed our stay in our in the king palm with views of the ocean.

Great stay!

Lovely spacious property. Great location close to beaches and central Kona, but away from the congestion. We have stayed in many rentals and have never had such a fully stocked place. Kitchen supplies, bath, beach / snorkel stuff - everything! Road noise exists but not an issue for us. Highly recommend!
