Fantastic Kona Coast getaway

Beautiful luxury condo on the Four Seasons Hualalai resort property. Lovely and spacious interiors, beautiful views, lava rock & beach trails and pool, plus ability to access hotel amenities (for an extra daily fee). Great property management. Amazing home base for a special occasion!

Did not disappoint..

A wonderfully appointed penthouse overlooking the Hualalai Resort and ocean. We will defiantly stay there again. It is beautifully appointed with everything one could want. It was very spacious, clean, and a perfect location... walking distance, or short cart ride to the resort's amenities. The management team was wonderful and very responsive with our requests and needs...:)

Fabulous Villa!

This villa was fabulous. We will be back. The villa is beautiful inside and out with with near panoramic ocean and mountain views from large lanai. The villa had a great floor plan for our family of five (kids ages 4, 6 and 12). We had nearly exclusive use of the villa's swimming pool which was super close by and was nice to visit after going to the beach. The location of the villa was a short golf cart ride from the main Four Season's hotel, shops and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals there. I don't think we could have picked a better property for our stay. Gary, our property manager concierge, was super helpful and responsive to our questions & requests for recommendations. Kalei was also super responsive and helpful. As a bonus, the toys for the little kids were age appropriate and very much appreciated by all.

Hualalai Paradise

We were privileged to enjoy a 9 day stay at this gorgeous property (originally a week stay that we were able to extend). The listing is accurate but words can't do justice to the exquisiteness of the villa, it's beautiful and thoughtful decor, and it's serene view. While situated very close to the resort, it is tucked away and thus very private.The kitchen was outfitted with everything one could need for serious cooking, although the noteworthy restaurants at the resort made it easy to indulge. The linens are top notch and plentiful, along with luxury bath toiletries. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of quality beach towels are provided. The property manager, and the staff at the rental agent's office, were responsive to the few questions we had. We look forward to staying at the Hilltop Penthouse Villa on a future trip. Mahalo

Beautiful property with amazing views in a great location!

We stayed at the Hillside Villas for a week over Thanksgiving. The villa itself was in great shape, very clean, fully automated lighting, A/C and air filtration. All high-end finishes, the interior was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra towels and paper products. The exterior lanai was huge! Great views of both sunset and out to the beach in front of the Four Seasons. We loved enjoying the lanai couch in both the morning with coffee and evening with a glass of wine. Location was great, easy to get to the Four Seasons, we walked to the gym in the morning, golf carts were convenient for getting to and from the resort pool and restaurants. Overall an amazing property, we would definitely stay here again. 5-stars for sure!!

Outstanding property!

If you want to feel like a rock star for a day or two, I would recommend a stay at this Villa. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the arrival process through departure. The space is huge and well appointed. The views of the ocean, and the stars at night are incredible. With two golf carts at our disposal, we zipped around the Four Seasons property easily. The owners are generous with the use of beach towels and chairs. The kitchen is well appointed. The AV system is easy to use. Really, an amazing property.

Beautiful, Peaceful Condo at Four Seasons Resort

My family loved this beautiful condo, and had an outstanding experience with the caring concierge staff who made all aspects of the rental simple. The location on the Four Seasons property was ideal, and transport easy with the included golf carts. An absolutely outstanding experience.

Exceptional!

Can’t say enough about our experience. Villa was incredible, views from the deck spectacular, and it was only a short ride to the pool and restaurants. We had an incredible week which Gary and the Kema Kama team planned for us. Would highly recommend!

This villa is absolute perfection. From the lanai, the views, the furnishings, the ART!! Extraordinary and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. This was our 8th trip to this property, first time in this villa and it could not have been more perfect.

Outstanding villa and location

Villa lived up to it’s listing in all respect. Absolutely loved the location close to the beach and hotel amenities, as well as the great water views from every room. Very comfortable and nice amenities. Excellent service from the property manager. Would love to do it all over again.

Our short getaway

Can’t say enough of how gorgeous this property is. From the beginning communication was efficient and seamless. We received clear and accurate driving instructions to the villa and was met by Nathalie who was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the villa’s proximity to the Four Seasons resort and surrounding beaches. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely fabulous

Truly a perfect place to stay, so close to the Hualalai and all its facilities, especially with the 2 golf carts provided. They have thought of everything to make your stay effortless. Every appliance in the kitchen, boogie boards, snorkels, beach towels, you name it they have provided it. The air conditioning works very well,and you do feel like you are in a penthouse. The views are lovely, ocean, Residents beach house, 18th green, Hualalai Grille. We shall definitively be returning ! Many thanks to Susan and Val who made it such a seamless process and a wonderful welcome! Mahalo!

Perfect Hualalai Destination!

The property was fantastic and very well appointed. We are travel snobs and can honestly say that this is the best villa we’ve rented out of about fifteen on the Hualalai property. The furnishings and decorating is first class, the outdoor space is perfect, and the view is spectacular! We highly recommend renting this penthouse!

Paradise on the second floor Ocean/Golf View

This Villa is amazing for a family of 4-6 people. So spacious, super clean, modern appliances, keurig maker and smart TVs. This villa is very well cared for and maintained and updated with modern appliances which we appreciated. Any things that came up during our stay were handled immediately by the property manager. The view is spectacular, every morning I sat on the expansive deck on the couch and sipped my coffee listening to the ocean and birds. We were a family of 4 with 2 children so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the layout of the villa was very spacious with the bedrooms all separated from one another. I loved the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the outside deck. My children loved the place so much they asked us to buy it : ). We also used the Laundry a few times which was new and efficient. The best part of this villa is that it is fully stocked so you don't need to worry about Laundry or Dish Detergent. They even stock the bathrooms and showers with Shampoo and soap. The Four Seasons is walking distance to this villa which is great but we used the golf carts mostly which were more fun to take to the Trading Post to use the FS property. The sunsets were spectacular, you can take the golf cart down to the ocean/golf path and watch right over the beach. We paid the daily rate to use the FS resort pool and beach which is worth it. We also loved the fact that I was able to give a grocery list including alcohol and wine before I arrived, so when we got there the fridge was already stocked for us. Also, their is daily maid service included with the rate which many other villas I looked at didn't include daily made service. I highly recommend this villa over others on the property based on location, cleanliness, amenities, view and property management. We hope to come back again in the future.

Great Location

We put together a last minute trip (booked on a Friday afternoon and arrived on Tuesday morning) and everyone and everything was great. We arrived to a kitchen with all of the groceries we had requested, a garage full of beach toys, boogie boards, etc and a two golf carts. Both of our sons (7 and 10) had a blast with tons of stuff to do. We paid the extra fee to use the Four Seasons' property and we thought it was worth it. The villa is close to the beach, about a three minute golf cart ride and the small pool was just across the villa's parking lot. No one ever uses that particular pool so it was our kids own private pool on most of the evenings. Both Susan (booking agent) and Christy (your local concierge) are amazing and helped make the trip spectacular.

Super experience! Great location and views! Impecable and professionally managed

Property was perfect. We are a family of four and had more than ample room to spread out, inside and out. Mornings and evenings on the expansive deck were unbelievable - being so close to the ocean made the views outstanding - so big and well furnished, at times we could not find the kids! The interior was immaculate, and cleaned every day. Brand new ocean boards and sand toys left in the garage for the kids was a nice touch and unexpected. 2 golf carts were convenient and kids loved zipping around to explore - an easy few minute ride to the Four seasons resort, restaurants, as well as the trading post - which became a family favorite. Would highly recommend paying the resort fee to enjoy the amenities. We stayed here in early June and the resort crowds felt light. Overall experience was great and would highly recommend this property while enjoying the four seasons resort. Looking forward to returning!

The perfect vacation accomodation

Our family recently stayed in this beautiful penthouse condo and we had a wonderful time. The condo was outfitted with all the big and little amenities that make holiday travel with children easy (golf carts to get around, nicely appointed bedrooms and baths, full equipped chef's kitchen, laundry room, and complete ocean views from the gorgeous lanai --and even in kitchen while slaving away meals!) We can't wait to come back to this gem. For families w children, this is so much easier than staying in a hotel room!!!
