Paradise ti aspetta nella nostra spaziosa casa di lusso tropicale con una costa spettacolare e viste sul tramonto di Kona tutto l'anno. Questa bella casa in stile tradizionale hawaiano offre soffitti a travi svettanti, pavimenti in legno e un piano piano aperto. Con 2700 piedi quadrati di spazio interno disponibile c'è molto spazio per il tempo da solo e per riunioni di gruppo.
La piscina privata è circondata da palme e paesaggi tropicali. Prendi il sole intorno alla piscina, leggi un libro in una delle confortevoli aree con posti a sedere all'aperto o radunati attorno ai tavoli per un pasto all'aperto.
Il piano superiore ha un ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo formale separata, cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, angolo accogliente, ufficio, 1/2 bagno e la master suite. La grande suite king king dispone di cabina armadio, ampia doccia per due, TV HD con lettore dvd / blue ray e porta separata per avvolgere la lanai. Il piano inferiore ha una grande sala bonus con un HDTV da 55 ", un bar in legno di koa con sgabelli e un sacco di spazio per sedersi per i film di famiglia. Al piano inferiore ci sono 2 camere da letto aggiuntive ognuna con letti queen size, un bagno completo, una camera "nel mezzo" con lavandino e frigorifero per servire la piscina e grill a gas e lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.
C'è un servizio internet wireless, via cavo e un televisore HD a schermo piatto con lettore blu ray / dvd in ciascuna delle tre camere da letto. Le telefonate verso la terraferma, il Canada, il Messico, la Cina e Hong Kong sono complementari.
La casa si trova in posizione centrale vicino a ristoranti, negozi, spiagge, porto e aeroporto. A soli 30 minuti dalle località e dalle spiagge di Kohala.

Lovely Home in upper Kona

This is a large comfortable home on the Kona highlands. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice neighborhood. Well appointed. We enjoyed ourselves. Lots of beach equipment. My only criticism is that it needs a handyman to a day or two's simple repairs-some maintenance is needed.

Great stay! Gorgeous sunset views from the 2 outside lanais. Well-stocked kitchen, perfect for all our cooking endeavours. Thoughtful touches like tourist books. Looked just like it did in the online listing. A relaxing stay for us.

Everything you could ever need!

Our family had the best time! The house was fully stocked with everything you could ever need on vacation. Location was perfect. Close to all the activities we planned. The house was beyond perfect. Was so hard to leave the views!!

Amazing Property

This was our first experience with VRBO. The location was perfect, it was a quiet neighbourhood, close enough to all amenities. The house was clean and spacious, we had 7 people in our party and we all felt we had our own space. The pool was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation with great location

While this property is not on the beach, the location had a spectacular view of the ocean. Our sunsets every night were a site to behold! All of our Island trips avoided the traffic of Kona. While we were not able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked (it was February), we enjoyed the poolside every evening. The grill set up was great! This house had all the fixings. We really felt we were at home.

Good overall. Be aware: noisy residential neighborhood.

Unless you're familiar with Kona's neighborhoods, it's difficult to estimate the "softer" aspects of how a home's location may impact your vacation (read below for details possibly important to you). Props for general cleanliness, a generous amount of cooking tools and equipment, accommodations for younger children (not our demographic), and initial cleaning supplies. House sits atop a fairly steep driveway, which may be a concern for mobility-impaired guests wishing to walk the neighborhood. Other details summarized below. 😃 Pleasant/prompt owner communication - lovely porch w/ocean view & breeze - central location to Kona/Waikoloa - plenty of board games, beach chairs, pool toys - plenty of inside comfortable seating. 😑 (no fault of the owners!) This is not your typical quiet-ish tourist area…it’s a residential neighborhood with no quiet hours. Soundscape includes revving cars in driveways, audible late-night heated “conversations”, frequent toddler melt-downs, a symphony of noisy power tools from all sides at all hours, barking dogs, loud trucks and Harleys blaring music, screaming (versus crowing) roosters, and an army of nearby coqui frogs. All who live in this neighborhood are busy living their best lives…but be certain this environment meets your vacation expectations. ☹️ Only two comfortable porch chairs - well-worn pillows and only 2 pillows per person in all bedrooms - lower-end bed/bath linens - all TVs not connected to Dish TV - no TV in main living room - pool not heated - various hardware and cabinetry loose - no lighting for stairs leading to lower level - edges of area rugs curled up enough to present tripping hazard - no house “book” with garbage rules and pickup schedule, house guidelines, check-out expectations, etc. (though owner promptly answered questions).

Kona Vacation

House was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a few garbage bags, dishwasher soap, paper towel, etc there at the start - nice touch. We really enjoyed the upper lanai - extraordinary sunrise and sunset views! Only thing that could have made it better was comfy seating out there for our group of 8. There is plenty of room for furniture, so would be a nice addition to have an outdoor couch and chairs. Thank you for sharing your home!

Thanks for letting us experience your beautiful home, we loved the outdoor space and the cool temperatures at elevation, wished we could have had a week where the vog was not active so we could have enjoyed the view more, but no way controlling Pele Lots of space to spread out, great kitchen, and enough outdoor space to pretty much live outside, we hope to stay at your lovely home again, Mahalo

exceeded our expectations...will be back!

Our recent family stay in Kona was wonderful. We were looking for a house to accommodate 4 adults, a baby and well behaved dogs that was close to downtown Kona, the north coast and the saddle road. The house was perfect, very well kept and very spacious. My husband and I slept upstairs while the kids and grandbaby had the entire lower level to themselves. With both levels opening to the outdoors (upper level to the deck, lower level to the pool area) It allowed everyone to be together but have space as well. I can't say enough about the house. It was lovely and extremely well equipped, from every kitchen gadget to beach chairs and a fabulous deck. Situated up the mountain gave us a great distance view of the water even though we were in a neighborhood. We expected the house to be nice but it way exceeded our expectations. Monica your photos, although nice, do not do your home justice. We will certainly contact you again if we need a home away from home in Kona. Mahalo!
