Unità 195

La nostra unità d'angolo ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT (# 195) ha una spettacolare vista a 180 gradi sulla costa del Pacifico e di Kona. Mentre ti rilassi sul patio coperto, goditi il ​​pesce giallo che galleggia nella baia, le tartarughe verdi che pascolano sulle rocce, i delfini spinner che saltano (di solito al mattino) e le megattere al largo (durante il parto invernale / stagione degli amori).

Prova i tramonti tutto l'anno e lascia che il suono delle onde ti rilassi. Il nostro 1 camera da letto (con nuovo letto Cal King) più ampio soggiorno, 2 bagni è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile. cucina ristrutturato con nuovi elettrodomestici. Siamo direttamente adiacenti ad una spiaggia di sale e pepe. All'estremità nord, ci sono un sacco di pozze di marea con creature e petroglifi. All'estremità meridionale più vicina, con l'alta marea, se le onde sono calme, poi gli snorkelisti esperti e in forma (con un amico, mai da solo!) può trovare una varietà di vita marina. Tuttavia, se un principiante e / o i mari sono più ruvidi, allora la spiaggia dello stato di Kahaluu (a soli ~ 5 minuti a piedi a nord della nostra baia) è piena di vita marina e in una posizione più sicura (con un'antica diga protettiva e bagnini).

Posizione: La nostra residenza si trova a Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club, una comunità privata di 16 acri ~ 5 miglia a sud del centro di Kona. Il complesso offre 3 campi da tennis illuminati da pro-grade (con accesso a tennis pro), una grande piscina, campo da pallavolo, barbecue e grill a gas. I giardini sono lussureggianti con bellissimi fiori. Siamo anche a pochi passi da Kona Country Club per il golf (tariffe ridotte se un ospite Surf & Racquet) e il centro commerciale Keauhou con drogherie e drogherie, ristoranti, cinema, e una clinica medica walk-in ... .plus il sabato Mattina, visita il loro mercato contadino con prodotti locali, caffè Kona, fiori e pesce. La nostra posizione è comoda per esplorare la Big Island o semplicemente per rilassarsi vicino al mare!

Great location, close to Kailua-Kona. Easy walk to multiple beaches and close to shopping, groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Nice setting right on the water. Good space for a couple, but probably small for a larger group. It was a bit dated and tired but was clean and well supplied. The views of the sunsets and the sounds of the waves were wonderful.

View from back deck was excellent. Unit is outdated. Refrigerator is too big for space. No live TV. Everything is streaming. Owner needs to upgrade to live tv. Otherwise comfortable bed and bedroom

Fantastic Location/needs a little TLC

The oceanfront location cannot be beat. Has all the kitchen and beach things you need. Beautiful artwork and comfy bed and linens. The unit is showing its age a bit and could use a little TLC, but no showstoppers. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place

Loved the location, privacy of the end unit. Absolutely beautiful sunsets, great pool/bbq complex as well. The host Maria was easily reachable and very helpful. A window unit A/C upstairs would be the icing on the cake but a wonderful property never the less. We will be back. Thank you Maria!

Amazing view

The view from here is spectacular. That alone would be reason enough to stay here, but there are so many more things to love about this place. The kitchen is well stocked, although it was too hot to cook so other than breakfast we ate out at the nearby restaurants everyday. We loved the beach equipment, everything you could need is here. We also took advantage of the pickle ball court available for guests. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. We have stayed in hawaii before with only ac in the bedroom so I didn't think it would be a problem going without. However, I sleep with a fan on even in the winter so it was very difficult to sleep. That being said, I would definately stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to just chill and watch the most spectacular sunsets you could imagine.

Second Time Staying at this Condo

We love this condo. The remodel of the upper floor to an upstairs suite provides for amazing air circulation, views, and space. The condo provides everything you need, cooking utensils, starter items, etc. The view from the lanai is amazing and that's pretty much where we spent all our time. The unit is older and although it has been kept up very well, could use a little TLC and organization. But overall, we love, love, love this condo. The location is perfect and the "private" beach access is another great perk. Maria, the property manager is always available and responds within minutes to questions or concerns. Overall, the best place yet!

Beautiful View

We enjoyed the beautiful Hawaii sunsets while sitting on the private lanai. The condo is in a great location, with shopping and dining nearby and a 10 minute walk took me to a fun snorkel area. We had everything we needed and management was easy to communicate with.

Location Location Location

Older unit, but honestly the location to me was everything! Best seaside vacation spot if you love being outside & near the ocean. A lifetime of memories that I will cherish forever. This description of where it’s located & sea life you can see from the comfort of the lanai was 100% accurate. I spent 13 nights and it was a quiet, safe, and beautiful sanctuary to return to. Absolutely would book it again!

Not what we expected

The location was fantastic and Keauhou-Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a great property to stay at with friends and family. The townhouse itself however was not what we expected. We had read that it was older, but that did not prepare us for the state of it- there was literally tape holding things together. The carpet had a very musty smell, there was significant corrosion on anything metal and it was clear that not much has been invested in the property to maintain it. On our final day the garburator started to spew waste and a glass frame hanging on the wall smashed all over the bathroom when I closed the door (the door had swollen over time and it was very difficult to close, so the impact of closing the door caused the frame to fall). I cut my hand cleaning up the glass. I called the property manager Maria, who was very attentive to our needs and asked if we needed anything. She said she would pass the information along to the owners. I never heard from anyone.

Second Time!

This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. Having the Pacific Ocean at the back door is amazing. Laying in the lounge chairs and watching the sunsets, walking over to the little cove for turtle sightings and beachcombing are my favorite things!. There is a little ‘mall’ just up from the traffic light, a grocery, a bookstore, a post office, Tropics Tap House, Bianelli’s Pizza, a Regal Theater. We will definitely make a third visit!

wonderful views

very well put together and equipped property. incredible views of the water/cove. easy to get in and out of the complex. tennis courts and pool ++. construction on the park next door meant it wasn't available when we were there this time. but we will be back.

Great base camp for island exploration

We had a great time at this property. Everything you might need was there. The kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to cook great meals (thanks for the sharp knives! They seem to be a rarity in rentals). The closet had a full array of beach gear to swim and snorkel and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great. There was a cooler and water jug for all day excursions. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to any place on the island. The two minute drive to the shopping center was very convenient. Be sure to hit the farmers market there if you can. Lots of fresh produce. The pool at the property is great. Of course, the view is the highlight of the property. We saw the green flash every evening. Thank you for sharing with us.

Perfect Location

It's hard to get any closer to the water! Really enjoyed the constant sound of the surf. Well equipped kitchen and "sports" closet, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, anything you need to enjoy the beach and surf. A very relaxing environment.

You just cannot beat sitting outside on this patio being mesmerized by the view and the sound of the ocean just a few feet away! We enjoyed some enhancements that have been made since my last visit at the property, so kuddos to the owner! Always a treat staying and as they always say...location, location, location!!

Lovely, waterfront respite

Property more than lived up to the photos and description! Perfect for just my husband and I. Spent lots of time on the lanai enjoying the incredible view and listening to the soothing sounds of waves! Lack of AC was not a problem thanks to the ceiling fans and many louvered windows which are all screened. Also it was well stocked with beach gear. We so enjoyed our stay we are already looking forward to our next stay!
