Annual Hawaii Getaway - Big Island

I and my family have been traveling to Hawaii for years. It has become a yearly trip. This is our second trip to the Big Island. This home was truly the best rental over many years. It is a beautiful house, with well-manicured lawn and gardens located on a golf course. All the furniture was comfortable and of good quality and there were large televisions in the living room and all bedrooms. We were surprised to find it was also well stocked with household supplies and good quality cooking equipment. It is located in a quiet, gated community about a 20 minute drive to central Kailua-Kona.

Wonderful house!!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Everything was just as pictured and described. We did have a small issue with the AC, which took a little bit longer to fix than we would have hoped for. Other than that, this was a gorgeous space with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Hawaiian Family Vacation

We were here for a family vacation with our adult children. The house was exactly as in the pictures. Beautiful home and well equipped. Very quiet and well kept neighborhood. The only problems we had were the ice machine not working on the fridge/freezer and the flies were horrible. Other than that, this was. Great place. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure.

Multigenerational Family Get Away

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, spacious, well appointed, glorious location, highly responsive property managers, and just beautiful. Six of us between the ages of 3 to 80 and everyone was blissfully satisfied. Can't wait to return.

Beautifully appointed home in a quiet gated community

As soon as we walked into the home we felt at peace. It was so well laid out and gave the parents a peaceful escape from the teenagers. We could not fault any of the inclusions or appliances. There was also a thoughtful welcome package. Would absoultely recommend this as a great place for a family to be based if staying in the Kona region so long as you have a car. However, on the Big Island that is pretty much a pre-requisite to be able to properly explore this amazing island. The service provided by Kona Coast Vacations was without fault. The communication is responsive and they provided a free concierge service - David who was amazing with his recommendations and arranging activities. Make sure you ask about the masseuse he recommends who comes to the home. She was by far the best masseuse ever!!!!!!

Luxurious house near bay

I cant wait to go back!

This home was just right for our family of five. The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need to prepare big family meals with a variety of quality cookware, and utensils. A dozen or so of ice packs to fill the cooler(s) was quite helpful for trips to the beach. Bedding and mattresses were all over the top comfortable.. There wasn't anything they didn't think of in providing for a 2 week stay. Our only dislike was the millipedes (HARMLESS) who liked to sneak in the house when we weren't looking. They sprayed for these half way through our stay.

Beautiful House & Lanai

The house was stocked with the amenities needed for our stay, we like to cook so nice cookware and utensils are a bonus!! As far as the location I like that it was on the outskirts of town, everywhere we went was just a short drive and centrally located to places we hiked. This was a spontaneous vacation and Iโ€™m glad we booked it. Enjoy!

Beautiful House, Great Location

House was just as beautiful as the photos and the property management company was extremely friendly and responsive. We enjoyed being farther south by Captain Cook and all the great snorkeling beaches. Neighborhood was friendly and the kids enjoyed the community hot tub after a long day at the beach.
