“Stayed here two nights, good level hotel, all services you would expect from a Hampton (parking, wifi, pool, complimentary breakfast). Conveniently located close to some major roads. Not many good restaurants nearby, it would be better to have dinner in some other area (downtown or so) before going back to the hotel.”

Blood stains on the walls, huge roaches crawling around the shower, didnt look like anyone had cleaned the room since the last person stayed, people doing drug deals right outside our door,(some of them being employees) they gave me no towels, no remote to watch tv, no phone in the room, and yes there was actually a microwave and mini fridge however the outlet didn't work. I felt like i had stepped into a crime scene. I tried asking for a refund...

“The hotel was quite run down, with chipping paint, and trim, bubbles on the ceiling where leaks had happened, a dirty bathtub and a noisy refrigerator that sounded like a running truck. “Il motel si trova in una buona posizione ma le condizioni sono davvero pessime. Si presenta bene dall’esterno ma le stanze sono sporche. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere un cambio della prima stanza perché puzzava tantissimo di fumo nonostante fosse una stanza non fumatori. Il copriletto era rovinato da bruciature di sigarette. Al cambio stanza mancavano gli asciugami e ne abbiamo ricevuto dopo l’ennesima richiesta la metà del numero di ospiti. Le frequentazioni del motel sono estremamente discutibili....

“It was as expected, a room to stay with a bed to sleep in. I went with my family (wife and kids). And though it was a cheaper costing hotel, I feel like it was less kept up and taken care of for the Days Inn name to be attached. When I try to be frugal on my family vacays and want a quick bed to sleep in for the night, I'll usually look towards a days inn hotel. “Do not go to this hotel if you value a clean and safe environment or if you hate extra surprise fees. They're cheap because they get you when you check in. I've never heard of charging a cleaning fee, an extra service fee, and a fee to use the kitchen supplies in an extended stay place. Expedia is supposed to show the total cost, but once you book it and they have your money, you still have to pay when you get there. “The double bed room I reserved was not available, even though I called the property on the day of check in to confirm. Due to the late arrival, we didn't have enough time to go to a different hotel. Also the check-in process was super long and the staff was slow with the customer in front of us. Overall experience was disappointing. ”
