“Had a nice time at the Hayes Mansion, staff was friendly and helpful. Noise in the room was minimal even though a few events (wedding, live music) were being held. It's in a residential area so there isn't a lot of commotion. Air conditioning was a standalone unit that didn't work the greatest, there were a few hot spots in the room. It was also loud, and while for me that wasn't bothersome (more just white noise), people who have trouble sleeping with noise might find it annoying.”

A few of the bath towels and dish cloth given had human and animal hair in them, toilet screws were complete loose, the hallway wreaked daily although industrial strength freshener was used daily to mask the odor, the smell was sickening-had to hold my breath and walk briskly. “Hotel nuovo e molto pulito vicinissimo all’aeroporto ed all’autostrada. Staff gentile e professionale. Colazione varia e completa ( dolce, salato, caldo freddo) molto buona. Camere ben insonorizzate e ben arredate e pulite. Attrezzate di tutto il necessario con una cucina completa. Servizi adeguati alla categoria, lavanderia self-service, piscina, angolo barbecue all’aperto, parcheggio a pagamento. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, quindi lo consiglio a tutti.”

“This is our second stay at this hotel and we really like it. The hotel is very clean and in a safe area. Parking is easy and safe. The rooms are spacious, perfect for someone who needs a work space and comes with an extra lounge area if you have guests. The shower and bathroom with full length mirror and closet space is perfect. “The room was quiet considering it’s on the 1st floor. The room had a bad lingering smell. I turned the fan on to continuous along w the AC and it helped rid of the smell slightly. I think the smell was coming from the carpet, similar to dirty feet. I just went and got Lysol spray and saturated the carpet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
