“洗面台ハンドル水漏れ、コンセント割れ危ない。窓網戸があまりに汚くさわる気にならない。カーテンをあけることはなかった。口コミは良い印象だったが、実際はそうでもなくて残念。値段が安くても最低限清潔にはしておいてほしい。”

“寝るだけならお得なホテルです。 HPには載ってなかったですが、部屋着と化粧水等もありました。 シャワーの水圧がかなり低いので、真冬は厳しいかも。 駅からも近いですし、土曜日泊でこの値段なら、かなりお得でした。”

“AMAZING STAY! Run by a very cute and welcoming family. They are the 6th generation to run a Ryokan here in this 300 year old building. They are excellent hosts. They serve delicious dinners and breakfasts. The dishes and bowls they use are pieces of art in themselves. The property is full of interesting and skilfully made antiques. “The hotel advertised air conditioning, but the room never cooled properly. It stayed only slightly cooler than outside and remained very humid, making it almost impossible to sleep. I asked the staff to check the AC, and while they said it had been fixed, nothing actually changed. After two almost sleepless nights, the lack of a comfortable room completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in the town.
