“Well to be hobest we were quite happy while checking in given how beautiful the resort was but had a mixed experience during our stay. The Corbett area is full of resorts and this one is about 20km from the main gates, so be aware of that while booking. The hotel missed daily housekeeping but got it done within 10 minutes of complaining. The food options are limited and room service is dead post 10, so stick to the buffet options perhaps. “The location looks good at first, but later feels just average. There is jungle right opposite and a village behind the property, which can cause some disturbance. A cattle shed adjoining the property sometimes causes a dung smell near the restaurant area, and a few dogs outside bark frequently. However, the deer calls at night and the 5 km jungle patch drive to reach the property, especially in the evening, are enjoyable. “We booked 2 rooms. One room had too much dust and bedsheet was dirty so the staff had to be called to get that cleaned. Other room has toooooo much rose freshner on the bed. It took hours to get that smell out by opening the window. Hotel should have given some discount for the time wasted due to this. We asked, but they did not. Food and service at the cafetaria was excellent. ”
