The toilet set wasn't attached, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and people outside in the parking lot were loud and revving their truck engines at 2 am. Left at 4 am and drove back to Chicago to get some actual sleep.

We checked in at 11:30 pm the front desk person was very nice and professional Got to our room house keeping must of just miss this room Toilet was broken my wife got ready to get into bed blood stains on all the sheets We checked out right away the front offered us another room we were so grossed out Had to find another hotel and ended up paying $346 for a Fairfield inn smh

Ceiling was getting wet as the night went on. Sink filled with water, the tub filled with water as you showered. There were people heavy footed walking with heels on their feet. The floor was sticky. I felt very nervous for my life I got very little rest. I will never stay at a red roof in again.

Residential hotel for down on their luck folks
This hotel was not good. The desk staff was nice, but the rest was bad. There was a pervasive smell of pot everywhere—inside and out. The ice/vending room was so overwhelming, I had to abandon my attempt to get ice. The room seemed clean at first glance, but when you looked at things closely, not so much. The mattress was so stained you could see the stains though the sheets. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained. The water was yellow (which may be Kalamazoo, not the hotel). I only had my room cleaned once and they didn’t actually do much. As far as I could tell, they emptied the trash. They didn’t make the bed, they didn’t give me more towels. Really an unsatisfactory experience.
The “clean” towel was given. I looked like someone had used it to clean their shoes.

The bed sheets were all stained. CRUMBS in the bed?? CRUMBS!! The shower had used soap and residue (hairs) from previous persons. (Yes we have pictures!). The bathroom door needs some work its VERY hard to close and open (233). We stayed because we were exhausted and had our own pillows and blankets so didn't need ones on bed. BUT would not reccommend without going and looking at your room first
