"We checked in very late but the groom was not fully prepared for our arrival. There was no towels, there was dust everywhere and bedsheets have probably not been changed from previous guests, since there were hair and dirt.when we asked for the towels, the staff provided us with a used towel taken from the pool area. And when we notice that, we asked for a new one but we never got it. Breakfast was ok but the tables have not been cleaned before us and we did by ourselves.
