Mirrors were foggy, hand shower head was broken (and couldn’t be fixed even after telling them), 2nd day TV stopped broadcasting due lack of payment & no one knew what to do! ”

They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. And they are trying to make the hotel kind of an oasis in the midst. They were doing quite a bit of renovating while I was there, trying to make it really nice.
