5-PERSON HOT TUB: Located on the opposite side of the house next to the private-entry “Lone Moose Hideaway”, this smaller spa is great for smaller dips and quieter spaces.
SLEDDING: Kids young and old will enjoy the great sledding on this lake-view hill right in your own yard. Kids have learned to ski on this sloped setting as well! Just don’t sled on the DRIVEWAY…it faces the road and you don’t want to go there.
HIKING: Winter hiking is STUNNING at both Lone Pine State Park next door or Herron Park 2 minutes away. Stunning views of the Flathead Valley at both parks.
FOYS LAKE: If you love to Ice Fish, Foys Lake is THE SPOT…and you’ll see people bringing in trout all winter. Be smart and make sure it’s frozen. This former location of the National Pond Hockey Tournament makes for great sled pulling over to Treasure Island in the middle of the lake. You’ll see all kinds of Cross Country Skiing, Sled Pulling, Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling…etc. You can WALK TO THIS LAKE from Lone Moose Lodge.
PARKING: There is room for roughly 6-7 cars MAX up by the house (you’ll have to move cars here and there to let people out as needed) but there is also 2-3 parking slots on the lower driveway for overflow or cars without 4-Wheel Drive. 4-WHEEL DRIVE/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE CARS ARE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED IN MONTANA DURING WINTER. ★★THERE IS NO STREET PARKING SINCE THESE ARE ESTATE HOMES★★ ★★THERE IS NO GARAGE ACCESS★★

Enough room for included sleeping mat for small child if needed or bring-your-own pack-n-play.

KITCHENETTE: lots of space for game apps and munchies. Includes separate sink, mini fridge, and lots of storage. Includes separate Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven.
READING NOOK: Bar table for two for talking, games, reading etc.
BATHROOM: brand new full glass shower with floating vanity and toilet.

Once you go up the private outside-entrance stairway, this private space has a small kitchenette with coffee, micro and toaster oven, loveseat, Smart TV, new queen bed, one closet and your own bathroom with shower-sink-toilet.
Private Hot Tub (for up to 5) is outside your private entrance and has separate parking. This space is perfect to “get away when needed” but be onsite for family memories.

2: We agree to having no events (including wedding rehearsals, family reunions or gatherings etc…) We understand that as guests, if we are found to have had an event, there will be extra cleaning fees added at $100 per hour and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
3: We agree to not smoking, vaping, using pot, burning incense or any other “freedoms” inside the house or in the hot tub/swim spa
4: We agree to no pets of any kind. This includes visitors coming with their pets.
5: We agree to quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am daily.
6: We agree to pay for any extra cleaning needed for breaking any rules within this “House Rules and Policies” section.
7: We agree that the barbecue outside that is set up for actual guest’s leisure use only. We understand the BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party or event. We agree to clean up after ourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required of us. We agree to add our own propane gas to the BBQ if the tank runs out during our stay. We understand that leftover gas in the unit is from previous guests is simply free and extra.
8: We acknowledge that occasionally the hosts may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We understand that our hosts try their very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the us as the guests to inspect and/or consume these items if we wish. We understand the host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
9: We agree to not rearrange the furniture without express permission from the hosts indicated in the hosting app messages area for proof.
10: We agree not to take any indoor furniture outside including chairs, stools, tables and any other pieces from inside.
11: We agree to the simple checkout list that is posted in the home and that will be messaged to us the day before check-out as well. They are as follows:

1: If you can make sure the place is somewhat simply `put back together` like making sure things like furniture pillows, chairs around the yard that you might have moved etc…aren’t scattered around the house or yard.
2: Make sure all dishes are done and the last load of dishes is running in the dishwasher when you leave.
