Hotel vicino a Kaloya Park - Oyama

“Rooms were clean as was most of the hotel. My only complaint regarding the cleanliness of the hotel, was the carpets in the hallways were absolutely filthy. Two employees that stood out were Leeth and Dakota. They were so polite and helpful above and beyond. The mature front desk gentleman was miserable and perhaps needs a holiday. Lunch and snacks in the restaurant were very good. We didn't know there was breakfast.....”

“Parking could be a bit of a challenge on a busy weekend. The toilet in the bathroom was very low..almost like a children's toilet. Not very good for the older crowd., difficulties getting up and down. Pillows were very over stuffed into too small pillowcases...get larger pillowcases and the pillows would be more comfortable. Lost remote...staff very helpful finding it. Denny's next door was very convenient for breakfasts. Staff very pleasant.”

“We arrived after a 14-hour drive, and our room was ready, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, it was +38°C outside, and the air conditioner hadn’t been turned on before our arrival. Because the suite has very high ceilings, it took an extremely long time to cool down. Even after asking for a fan or any other solution, we were told there wasn’t much that could be done unless we stayed up past 11 p.m. to see if one became available. We ended up trying to sleep in a room that was still...

“We enjoyed our stay and the location was nice and central. In order to get a 5 star review, please include that private bathrooms are not in each room and that the only bathroom option is shared bathroom. I booked this expecting a private bathroom. My husband and I recommend renovating and making some of the rooms have a private bathroom with shower. We would love to come again if you provide a private washroom next time! Also it was very hot in the room. No fan or ac provided.”

“Check in was difficult as we had a hard time contacting reception. Furniture was old and worn. Bathroom fan did not turn off. Tv volume could not be controlled. Very quiet and peaceful location.”

“TV was only in the living area TV remote was not programmed for the TV Coffee and cups were available, but not a coffee machine. Front desk was only open from 9am to 9pm. Very questionable clientele in a very shady area. If you’re on a stringent budget it’s fine, but for a few dollars more you can do much better.”
