It is a pleasure to read that you enjoyed our “beautiful” beachfront location, along with our In Balance Spa and the quality of our food. However, we would like to apologize for the challenges caused by the heavy rains during your stay with us. Your feedback regarding the water in the corridors has already been passed on to our Engineering Team to be investigated and addressed so that we can avoid this type of situation from occurring during future rainfalls. Regarding our complimentary shuttle service to Patong, we would like to note that the service runs 3 times per day at 12pm, 3pm and 8pm, with seating for up to 11, and that we are one of very few hotels in the area to provide such a service. However, your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the rest of our Management Team for thoughtful consideration, so thank you again for your review.
