5 stelle reali!
Hotel bellissimo di fronte la Spiaggia di Kamala, servizio fantastico. Al check in viene chiesto di compilare una card con le preferenze quanto a posizione della camera, livello di aria condizionata ed extra necessari quali rasoi, schiuma da barba, spazzolino, extra shampoo o doccia schiuma, balsamo ecc tutto rigorosamente gratis. Colazione buonissima, otttima la selezione di frutta e varietà di succhi freschi. Un 5 stelle reale.

Worst hotel in thailaland - scam
This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. We were 3 people, got put into a couchbed that was 170cm long. The toilet was broken and the room was disgusting. We upgraded to a larger room. However, it was just a larger mess. The toilet in the new room was also broken, no water and the beds were more resembling wooden planks than a bed. How they can advertise this as a 5 star hotel is beyond me. The staff were extremely incompetent and rude. I have stayed at hostels with better service. The food was also the worst food we had in our 2 week vacation. For example, when the yoghurt had run out in the breakfast. I told the staff, only to be yelled at that it wasn’t their job to fix it. The rooms haven’t been renovated since the 90s. Whatever you do, do NOT stay here.

We showed up at the resort about 5:00 PM, (normal check in time is 2:00 PM). We had to wait for about 1 hour, as our rooms was not ready yet. They were nice to give us a complimentary drink as we waited. Other than that, our stay was fine....

Good hotel away from Patong
This property is back off the main road before you reach the township of Kamala, it is sign posted but it is easy to miss (if heading to Patong and you get to the Phuket Fantasea area you have gone too far) Very well appointed and well maintained this hotel is a great base if you dont want the noise and hustle of Patong. The room was fine with a large living area, a small well appointed kitchenette area and two comfortable bedrooms. Bathroom was a little small but was usable. The pool area was great as was the main restaurant area. Overall a good stay.

There are no elevators, my niece had a leg plaster, she was assigned third floor. This hotel is not handicapped friendly and the desk staff is rude.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz das Neuste, wird aber alles frisch gestrichen und sieht sauber aus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn etwas nicht ganz perfekt ist, dann wird es sofort anstandslos behoben. Der Slogen von Radisson „Yes, I can“ finde ich super und das spürt man bei allen Angestellten, das sie für des Gastes Wohl sorgen.

Would not go back
The room was spaceous, light and tidy and the balcony was nice. However, water pressure was really bad. First night there was no water coming from the shower and the tap water worked only sporadically. Also, I asked for more water through room service and never got it, neither did the roomservice have any snacks. Only proper food. The location was near the beach but far from 7-11 and other stores.

Mitt tredje besøk på Swissotel, Kamala
Romslig suite, men litt slitt. Aircondition-anlegget bråkte veldig mye. Vær oppmerksom på at hotellet ikke har heis. Fantastisk hyggelig betjening. God frokostbuffet med både europeiske og thailandske retter. Rent og pent på hotellområdet. Hotellet er tydelig tilpasset for barnefamilier. Mange aktiviteter for barna. Flere fine massasjestudioer, spisesteder og et par forretninger rett nedenfor hotellet. For å komme til stranden må du krysse en sterkt trafikkert vei. Noen hyggelige security-personer står ved veien og stopper trafikken slik at du skal komme deg trygt over.

Not a 5 star hotel
It’s not a 5 star hotel , probably a3 star at best. Rooms shabby but the location is terrible. I was looking at a building site and the opposite view was a shanty town.. truly awful. We booked a 3 bed suite at 3k for 5 nights. When we arrived we didn’t even unpack- we demanded to be relocated to a sister hotel. We were moved but they charged us £500 for the night ( we didn’t stay there that night). The relocated hotel was much better. The hotel is not as described and the one day cancellation charge left a sour taste.

歴史を感じる室内ですが、スタッフの方々がいつも笑顔で優しく声をかけてくれたので、とても満足できました。チェックアウト後もホテル内で映画を観たりリラックスして過ごせました。それと朝食付プランにして大正解でした。バラエティに富んだ朝食は美味しくて、大満足です。

Absolutely love that it is sucha kid friendly hotel. Ala club med. A lot of activities for children and adults. The kamala beach is within 3 mins via hotel buggy + 5 mins walk. It was a pity that the pool slides was under maintenance..so we couldnt experience that. The hotel staff was rather flexible with checkin time, as they got us our room as early as noon. Nong at the reception was helpful. The spa was also a bliss. Koi the therapist is god sent!

We have a 2 bed rooms units, both rooms are quite small, however they made the space for living and dining areas. I felt that the bed rooms and the bath room should be bigger instead. The room is due for refurbishing. The unit is kept quite cleans. The chairs and side table at balcony facing pool side need to refurbish.

Property is very close to the beach (just across the road - just be careful when crossing since it’s a busy 2-way street). There are restaurants along the beach which you can walk to - since the resort only has one restaurant. Resort room/facilities are a bit old and worn but it has all the basics and rooms are clean/spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Area is relatively quiet (but there was construction behind the resort) compared to the busy Patong area. Most taxis have fixed/flat rate - usually about Bt500 to/from Patong and Bt800 to/from airport.

The hotel was clean. The staff were very friendly and staff. The pool was nice but full of kids. It is a good family holiday hotel. The spa was lovely and the massage was fantastic and professional, the services were superb, really enjoyed it.

Das Hotelareal ist generell sehr sauber und Ordentlich. Die Zimmer hätten Renovierungsbedarf aber abgesehen davon war es auch sehr sauber. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Die Atmosphäre ist super angenehm und familiär. Das Essen im Hotel ist hervorragend und definitiv empfehlenswert! Was ich überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen kann, ist die Reise nach PhiPhi Island mit dem Speedboot. Es wurde vom Hotel empfohlen ist aber zusammengefasst eine reine Katastrophe und Lebensgefährlich. Die Touren werden egal bei welchem Wind und Wetter durchgeführt. Wir sind sehr froh dass wir lebendig im Hotel angekommen sind. Abgesehen davon sind die wunderschönen inseln voll gestopft mit Touristen! Ich empfehle allen Private Touren zu buchen. Wir bedanken uns sehr bei dem herzlichen Personal wo zu dem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen haben!

Die Suiten waren einzigartig, das extra Schlafzimmer im hinteren ruhigen Bereich war super. Die Poolanlage ist groß, der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet und gekühlt, 24 Std. offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und die Angestellten immer freundlich zur Stelle. Für den kleinen Einkauf, Essen gehen, Massagen, Touren, Kleidung schneidern lassen oder auch Taxi ist vor dem Hotel gesorgt und kann man guten Gewissens annehmen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10min. erreicht.
