“Nice property. Clean and comfortable room. Staff is courteous and attentive. They have a lot of property space for leisure and planned activities if staying multiple days. The on-site restaurant is good; the breakfast spread was great as well. The only issue for me was the restaurant does not open early enough for dinner at 7:30 pm.”

But there are some problems like during at night some noise comes from upper room or kitchen it was annoying. When i asked them for that sound then they said it was of kitchen sound and it will stop in some time. Another thing is sometimes no hot water for bathing. “The hotel is not worth what you pay for it. The shower has no curtains so all the bathroom gets wet, the room is old and maintenance is poor.”

“We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). ”

The exterior hotel picture on the app was quite deceiving as it was not exactly as per the image shown on the app. Ignoring this, the staff's commitment to help the guests are truly remarkable.”

“First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in.
