Guests have full private access to the entire home, garage, yard, sports court, firepit, and deck during their stay. For safety and property management purposes, the utility room and one locked closet downstairs are restricted and not accessible to guests.

The home is also conveniently located near Park City and Deer Valley, making it easy to enjoy world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, shopping, dining, and year-round recreation. Heber Valley and Midway are also nearby for additional outdoor activities, scenic drives, local dining, and attractions.

A private vehicle is recommended for getting around the area and enjoying the surrounding attractions. The home offers a spacious garage and driveway with room for multiple vehicles.

During winter, guests should be prepared for mountain weather and changing road conditions. 4WD/AWD vehicles and appropriate winter tires are recommended when traveling in snowy conditions.

From Bellum House, guests can easily drive to Jordanelle Reservoir, Park City, Deer Valley, Heber Valley, and other popular Wasatch Back destinations.

The large garage can accommodate 1 large vehicle inside, with the additional space used for the golf simulator.

The driveway provides additional parking for approximately 4 more large vehicles, making the property convenient for families and larger groups traveling with multiple vehicles.

4WD and snow tires or chains are recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
