Welcome to our home. We speak English and mandarin if needed.

  • Welcome to our space we have for you. Our address is 5313 Dallas Dr kamloops BC. We are in a peaceful downlow area, not in the hub of town. Bring your family and friends to our place to work or adventure. In 2025/2026 we did a renovation to legalize our lower suite with close to 850 sq ft of usable area. We can accommodate 1 to 3 comfortably, but room for more. TV's with movie channels, Wi-Fi, electric recliner couch, fold down bed and lots of closet space. Yard access with a Bbq, ask we will do our best to accommodate you. Also a XBOX 360 with games, you will probably need to hook it up. Thx Doug

Our host was fabulous. I was a bit scattered and could not find my information about check in. He was very patient about me contacting him a few times about check in and entry codes. Always pleasant to resend information and ensure that my group were able to seamlessly check in and out. Very friendly and helpful. The space was clean and comfortable. We were in and out over 3 days to attend a conference and it was stress free. The location was 17 minutes from the conference site and was just what we needed.

The pictures doesn’t do justice to the place! It’s quite big, clean and got everything you need. We were working in Kamloops, and Doug’s place was the perfect place for us in our budget!

Simple and functional.

A nice little place to stay in Kamloops. Nothing fancy, but met the needs of my friends and I for a few days. Can be a tad loud upstairs at early morning hours, as well as road and train noise so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Other than that, we enjoyed our quick stay. aand clear and c in their communication.

The host was nice & friendly . We told him one side of the couch was not reclining and he promptly fixed it. Newer TV & they supply Netflix and Wi-Fi. Nice. The kitchen table & chairs, right out of the 70s, had electrical tape around some of the edges. We couldn’t figure out why. Back of one chair leaned back far and was uncomfortable & awkward. The toaster had crumbs all over it, but otherwise dishes & other appliances were clean.The bed in the bedroom was reasonably comfortable but the second one was not and squeaked when you moved. Bedding and towels were clean. What appeared to be a surface clean was done. Sadly, we found a couple clumps of hair in the shower. There were large bottles of shampoo supplied and an already used bar of soap in the shower. Although we appreciate the attempt to accommodate, we found a used bar of soap rather disgusting. We appreciate that they thought to supply shower shoes, but that’s just something we supply on our own.The nightly fee and taxes was expected, but the cleaning fee of 50 and service fee of 28 did not show up til after billing which I think should be outlined more clearly before billing. (I take it back if it’s there and I missed it), but I booked two weeks in advance, so I do not understand why there was a 23.20 “last-minute fee”. Overall it was a comfortable stay & the host was friendly. But we suggest it’s time to replace the kitchen table & chairs, and second bed, & perhaps consider hiring a cleaning person.

Memory foam with fall way sidesIt was hot, extremely so, with no fans. Opening the windows helped some but there was no airflow.OverallReally good available hosts but not invasiveI would stay again with some changes to what I bring The price is on the high side
