“We booked this hotel for our last night in Sri Lanka and it was by far the most rundown hotel we have stayed in. We booked the most expensive ($260 per night) room that they offered “ beach villa”. The room was in poor condition and looked nothing like a villa. Tv didn’t work and bed sheets were old and room was not clean. Ac blows directly on the bed so you can choose to either be freezing or be super hot. The hotel is on the beach but far from easy access to anything near by. Dinning options...

“Lovely settings with views out to sea but a bit remote if you like to be near town. Lots of dogs prowling around coming up off the beach Good outdoor lawn area and pool. Our room was clean but pretty old. Probably needs a refit. Good friendly staff.”

“AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! ”
