“Amazing stay!!! As two English only speakers the staff were wonderful with trying to accommodate and communicate with us. The lady at the front desk who was short with short hair was so kind to us. The property is amazing and the traditional Japanese room was fabulous. Love the stay. Public bath was a unique and clean experience, dinner and breakfast were included! Would definitely return. ”
