I recently had the pleasure of staying at Menstil Hotel in Kampala, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. Right from the outset, the hotel exuded a warmth and sophistication that immediately made me feel at home. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could hope for. The staff at Menstil deserves a special mention. Every individual I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely keen on ensuring my comfort. Whether it was the concierge recommending local attractions or the housekeeping team ensuring my room was spotless, the service was consistently top-notch. Dining at the hotel was a treat. The menu showcased a delightful blend of local Ugandan delicacies and international favorites, each dish prepared to perfection and presented with flair. Its location in Kampala made it convenient to explore the city, with many of the major attractions and business hubs just a short drive away. In conclusion, Menstil Hotel stands out as a beacon of hospitality in Kampala. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this establishment promises an unforgettable stay. I eagerly look forward to my next visit.

The property is one year so it is in great condition. The rooms are very spacious and well lit. Highly recommended for personal as well as business stay. As the property is new, mostly local crowd are available which will change in due course.

The property is very new, one year old so everything about the property is amazing. The room and outdoor are vary spacious. For indian, food options are limited and is bit away from city centre to look for restaurant. Highly recommended

The property was clean, nice and the staff were awesome. Only problem is they’ve never upgraded me as a VIP member for all the times that I’ve visited the hotel which is numerous times and even consecutively.

It was an amazing stay, and the personnel are always very helpful and help you with any circumstance that can arise from your trip there! Anne was extremely helpful with some personal things that came up with my stay in Uganda to help me get them resolved!

The staff were great, the facilities are nice, the breakfast was great. However no upgrades, they didn’t recognize my Expedia VIP status nor did they give me an upgrade nor even water when I told them my VIP status.

Great stay in Mestil
This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The hotel's hospitality service was "top-notch." The restaurant food was good although pricey. There was some noise from the roof on the top floor. This is a 5 star hotel.

Highly recommended
I loved this property and will definitely return. It's close enough to the central business district to be there in 20 mins but far enough away to be peaceful. Facilities great and staff/service fantastic. Not cheap but good value.
