“The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. ”

“Generally it’s good in terms of amenities and location. but if you prefer a quiet room, make sure to ask for non connecting room. Somehow we were assigned connecting room though we had a baby with us. Baby court was requested but was forgotten. Hopefully they can improve to be more aware on each guest needs.”

“the rooms are large with a beautiful panoramic view and a modern bathroom. you are provided with everything you need: hairdryer, bathroom set, slippers, bathrobe etc. the infinity pool is beautiful but overlooks a very "bare" area. friendly and knowledgeable staff. the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had for someone like me who travels a lot, an exceptional variety and quality. fairly central location, shame about the difficulty of crossing the motorway by foot. excellent taxi service...

“Had a great time staying at this service apartment. Top notch amenities, super clean and Sean, the host has provided a great service. Felt like staying in my own home. Location is also very convenient to all tourist areas. Will be back again. ”

“Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again.”
