“The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family...

“Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property. Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing ”

“Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. ”

“Hotel is conveniently located. Many eateries nearby and next to it is a big supermarket. Room is clean but minimalist... no mini fridge and tv channels very limited. The water heater was not working but we didn't bother as we're only staying for 1 night. Overall, for the price of below Rm200, the room is ok”
