"私は、こちらのホテルを予約し、ペナン島の観光を楽しみにして家族四人で向かいました。前日にはきちんと予想到着時間をメール。次の日になっても、連絡来ず。心配しながら、夕方の7時に到着。しかし、メール来ず。 TELしても電話に出ず。小さな子供二人抱え、タクシーはgrab払いで来たので現金も持っておらず。当然、子供はお腹を減らしグズリ出す始末。そんな中、ホテルズドットコムの窓口チャットから日本人オペレーターに連絡が取れ、状況をメールで報告。確認しますと返信あり、安堵。しかし、待てど40分近く連絡こず、そんなオーナーなので、これは無理。今日の新たな宿を見つけなければと、スマホを使いたいのに、チャットはこの画面をきらないでくださいとか出てくるし、 ..."
