A fine Agosto erano organizzate poche attività (ma a noi andava bene così) mentre il responsabile mi ha detto che fino alla aettimana prima oranizzano giochi, escursioni in barca etc.”

However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold.”

“i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble.”

“The room is so huge! We took a "selangor" room.. Spacious Room.. Big Toilet, Excellent Wifi, Delicious Breakfast eventhough the food is simple.. And there is 24hrs reception which you wont find in other homestay!”

“Very friendly reception, excellent service, clean and comfortable chalet, towels , working aircond.quick check in and checkout, very helpful reception and accommodating . Wi-Fi was slow and tv no reception but who watches tv nowadays. Initially during booking it says breakfast included however when asked it wasn’t included so we didn’t get breakfast with our room despite the booking said so.. this should really be rectified .. anyway we would stay again here love the chalet and convenience,...
