Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

The room is new, clean, cookwares are of good quality. My room at 40 floor has marvellous view, the swimming pool at 42 floor has superb view.

Modern and thoughtfully designed hotel with great amenities, courteous and helpful staff, and a hip vibe that belies the neighborhood.
