“Struttura molto bella, in una splendida posizione con spiaggia privata di fronte a Redang. Piscina infinity favolosa, con vista sul mare Tanto uso di bel legno ovunque, salvo la pavimentazione in pietra intorno alla piscina Personale molto gentile A fine Agosto erano organizzate poche attività (ma a noi andava bene così) mentre il responsabile mi ha detto che fino alla aettimana prima oranizzano giochi, escursioni in barca etc.”

“Beautiful hotel on good beach. It is a bit tired but still a great place to relax. Staff generally helpful & attentive. Food is pretty good overall. Biggest complaint was air con in bedroom sound like 747 on take off. No ability to change this - either on or off. Overall a good hotel but certainly not at international 5 star level.”

“The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold.”

“i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble.”
