Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per una fuga perfetta. Approfitta dell'attrezzatura da spiaggia, del dispositivo di raffreddamento, delle sedie e di tutto il necessario per il giorno dell'avventura! La camera da letto principale è al piano inferiore con una grande vasca e doccia separata. Dopo una lunga giornata, puoi rilassarti sul massiccio letto della California King o goderti il lanai dall'ingresso separato.

Prepara un pasto adatto per un re nella grande cucina ben fornita. Ci sono molti posti a sedere attorno al grande tavolo della sala da pranzo o lungo il bar in cucina. Rilassati e goditi una mossa dopo una lunga giornata al sole. Questa unità dispone di una Smart TV via cavo e Netflix e di una connessione Internet a 500 mbps per gli ospiti. Sono disponibili anche chiamate locali illimitate (Isole Hawaii), continenti e Canada. La lavanderia si trova accanto alla cucina, quindi non è necessario preparare i vestiti sporchi per la casa! Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto. Una con due letti singoli e l'altra con un letto king size. C'è un bagno completo in comune per gli ospiti.
Il barbecue incorporato si trova sul lanai ed è ottimo per grigliare alcuni pesci freschi pescati e verdure locali dal mercato degli agricoltori. Questa casa ha tutto il necessario per un ritiro perfetto!

Gli ospiti hanno accesso all'esclusivo ristorante Napua (aperto a pranzo e cena) o rilassarsi al Mauna Lani Beach Club privato. Accedi al Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club e ai campi da tennis o pratica il tuo swing in uno dei due campi da golf da campionato. Concediti una giornata al centro benessere o puoi prenotare un tour con Mauna Lani Sea Adventures!
In fase di ristrutturazione da 200 milioni di dollari, Auberge Collection riaprirà l'hotel e il resort all'inizio del 2020. Fino ad allora, il soggiorno a Fairways 1705 non sarà interessato. Anche golf, spa e altri servizi rimarranno aperti.

Continues to be a great stay - this is our 3rd time. The kids love it and feel immediately comfortable. It is perfectly clean - and there is a lot of attention to detail. We have stayed at other rentals, including at Fairways, and this one stands out for attention to detail, cleanliness, thoughtful touches, plenty of supplies. Will be back, thank you again for a wonderful trip!

Impeccable attention to detail

Super impressed with the townhome. The kitchen in incredibly well stocked and all appliances are new. Convenient location and seamless check-in. Hosts even provided information about local places and popular spots. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Really well stocked condo. Everything was great. Only issue was the gate code wasn’t working and the guy in the office was no help. We were able to get in and out by using some other person’s code - thankfully otherwise it would have been a slight nightmare.

Beautiful & peaceful

This property is beautiful and has everything you could want for an easy vacation. Having the beach wagon and beach chairs was really helpful. The property is beautifully maintained and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could ever dream of having.

Awesome property and location. Probably the best equipped rental we have ever had. Thoughtful touches throughout the house. Extremely quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach and easy drive to restaurants.

Beautiful place

Very nicely furnished. Kitchen is full of stuff. Best we have ever seen. All appliances are new. Very convince location with walking distances to food, grocery store, coffee, and beach. There is also a private beach, but we have to drive a little to get there.

Immaculate! The BEST unit!

I never give 5-star reviews because there are always a few things that could be better about a place. We've been coming to the big island for over a decade and this is by far the best unit we've stayed in. Immaculately CLEAN, not a scuff or spec of dust in sight. A truly well-stocked kitchen with quality items, not dollar store junk.Also the most impressive array of clean, well maintained beach and snorkel gear; truly impressive. They also provide a few books and games for kids, pack-n-plays, even a bassinet. I felt like I was in a nice home, not a rental. Just beautiful. Cannot recommend enough!!

There were many family-friendly things (high chair, bassinet, toddler mattress, beach toys, beach wagon, coolers etc) and the unit was so clean and spacious. We went to the Mauna Lani beach club and pool nearly every day. The lanai and bbq was beautiful with grass right outside. We had no issues at all and CB Island Vacations was also great to work with. We'd absolutely go back!

Relaxing, wonderful stay

We loved our stay at 1705 from start to finish. Every detail was anticipated. The house was clean the bedrooms were cozy. It was a wonderful place to come home to after exploring the island. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend this property. Close to Hapuna beach, Maunakea beach, and the beach club on the property is also excellent.

The owners have generously furnished the home with everything you might need, and some extras as well. The beach equipment made spending time at the private beach club easy and relaxing. The home it set up nicely for a family, with outside access to lawn area. We used the outdoor grill and dining most nights we were there. We will definitely go back for another visit.
