Aloha - che significa ciao, arrivederci e amore. Quando arriverai alle Isole di Mauna Lani, penserai Ciao! e amore!, ma non addio!

Villa K1 a The Islands è simile a qualcosa delle belle case delle Hawaii. L'arredamento è elegante, ma allo stesso tempo perfettamente pratico. La cucina è completamente arredata con pentole e padelle, forno e piatti da portata (interni ed esterni), piccoli elettrodomestici e utensili da cucina che si desidera. Ci sono abbastanza piatti, tazze e bicchieri, posate e utensili per 6 persone. La cura è stata presa per etichettato tutto rendendo la villa molto user friendly. C'è anche un barbecue privato sul tuo lanai.

Le tre camere da letto con bagno privato King sono spaziose e lussuose. Ogni camera ha un lanai privato con vista mozzafiato di motivi lussureggianti e colorati e North Kohala in lontananza. Le docce sono incredibili: pareti di ardesia nera e ciottoli sotto i piedi. Due accappatoi spa sono appesi in ogni bagno. Sarete impressionati dallo shampoo e condizionatore a grandezza naturale e dal lavaggio del corpo in ogni doccia. Gli asciugamani per la spiaggia, la piscina e il bagno sono abbondanti. Asciugacapelli in ogni bagno, e uno specchio ingranditore portatile illuminato rende prepararsi un gioco da ragazzi e meno da mettere in valigia da casa.

Troverete molti libri in casa su uccelli dell'isola, vita marina, fauna selvatica, flora e fauna, molti dei quali sono proprio fuori dalle vostre porte lanai. Se hai familiarità con la vita dell'isola, puoi anticipare l'alba precoce e il tramonto precoce, il che è favorevole a giorni interi e poi ti senti pronto per andare a letto alle 21:00!

A pochi passi dalla villa, all'interno delle Isole c'è una grande piscina a forma libera completa di cascata, grotta e vasca idromassaggio. L'area della piscina dispone di barbecue a propano, frigorifero, tavoli da pranzo, bagni, e un sacco di sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni.

C'è una bella spiaggia sabbiosa insenatura nelle vicinanze. Si può raggiungere in 15 minuti a piedi lungo un bellissimo sentiero lastricato attraverso un campo di lava e antichi laghetti da pesca. Oppure puoi guidare 4 minuti e parcheggiare all'interno dei cancelli sicuri. Con la carta di accesso alla spiaggia che ti viene fornita, ti è consentito il parcheggio e l'uso di lettini e cabine e bagni completamente serviti. Cenare o pranzare al ristorante Napu's. Noleggia una tavola da paddle, un boccaglio o una canoa a bilanciere da Mauna Lani Sea Adventures.

Fabulous property

We loved this place including the location and the added amenities such as the tennis centre. It is a short walk through the beautiful fish ponds to the beach and the pool was very quiet even though it was the busy holiday season. The set up with 3 master bedrooms was perfect for our family with adult children. We can't wait to go back.

A Piece of Paradise

This place lived up to its billing. We wanted a place where we could walk to the private beach. Beautiful walk took 15 - 17 minutes. I wanted private lanai's where we could sit outside. We ate outside and sat out there during the day. We wanted space. This place had plenty of it. It was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Hung out in the comfortable living room. Price was steep, but we had no complaints and would definitely return. We used the athletic facility as well. We hung out at the beach, used the chairs furnished as part of the townhouse. I highly recommend this townhouse. We definitely want to return.

Perfect condo

We’ve stayed in the Islands before, but preferred this condo because of the location - near the pool, farther from the road with a large grassy area in the back free from misplaced golf balls. We didn’t have young children with us, but this spot is perfect for those that do.

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations in every way, from the attention to detail within the house to the fantastic management team with their communication. Comfort +++ with the beds and furniture and the beautiful decor. All the extras in the kitchen, we could cook up a storm. Exceptionally clean! Just a ‘please shut the gate’ on the front gate would be brilliant to stop the goats eating the beautiful plants.

30th Anniversary Celebration

We really enjoyed this house. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house was exactly as the listing showed and very well equipped. The bedrooms are all equal and very comfortable. We had fun visiting the resorts nearby for dinner and golf but also cooked at the house in the well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful property in Mauna Lani area

This large, beautiful house/condo is in an excellent location on the Big Island. The setting is quiet, it is near a fantastic walking path, has access to a beach club with excellent snorkeling and is close to a shopping area with a good grocery store. The property manager was helpful and responsive and the house was well-equipped. My only complaint is that vehicles must be garaged and a remote garage door opener was not provided. Only one car fits in the garage so if a group has more than one, extra cars have to be parked outside the gated area (the equivalent of 2-3 blocks away).

Family time

This property is beautiful, the online photos don’t do it justice. Very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. The kitchen has everything you would need. We were very pleased with all the kitchen had stocked. Very impressive. the one area of improvement would be towels. Each bathroom has 3 small bath towels and there weren’t any extra, so we washed more frequently than we would’ve liked and we had to purchase our own laundry detergent. There are only six beach towels and they are small. But we would absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful time. The walking trails are great! Proximity to grocery and shops:restaurants is very convenient. We had a lovely vacation!!

Beautiful home

Best stocked vacation rental home we have experienced. Plenty of cleaning supplies, paper products, soaps, etc. Plus beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to borrow. Beach is a 20min walk or 5 min drive. Be aware of Ironman Triathalon road closures during October.

Fabulous property and vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the K1 house in Mauna Lani. I have previously stayed at rental homes that looked great and had 5 star reviews but were not wonderful. This is not that place. It was exactly as described or better. They had everything you could need in the kitchen, and even little things made life so much easier (ie ziplock baggies, tin foil, laundry and dish detergent). We didn't have one complaint! Loved the chairs and beach stuff to use (wagon, umbrella, boogie boards). It was a fabulous location and the Mauna Lani beach club was so fun! We didn't even have to bring chairs there bc there were chairs available. And it was a great snorkel beach. I think we will just stay here from now on, it was perfect.

Best family vacation

Wonderful and beautiful property. Prefect for an all adult/couple family vacation. Loved all the extras for the beach and in the kitchen/living spaces. My only complaint was the temperature of the bedroom on first floor stayed warm regardless of thermostat and after reporting.

The home is beautiful on all levels... furnishings, artwork and setting. The 3 ensuite layout was ideal for three couples. The location is walkable to the Mauna Lani Resort, which we did each morning for coffee and a walk on the beach. The property management company was terrific as well. Highly recommend, and look forward to staying again!

Absolutely loved this home—elegant, spacious, and even more beautiful than the pictures. Multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the beautiful lawn, trees, and wildlife out the back. Truly appreciated the ability to use the sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc available in the garage. We had everything we needed. Only warning—for gym users, the gym nearby is an additional $250 per person per week. We opted and enjoyed hiking and running. Loved our stay!

Lived up to expectations!

This place was awesome. Great yard for the kids and plenty of room for all 5 of us. Very kid friendly and the pool is right next door. Access to the private beach and super close to the market. We are staying next year for sure!
