Mauna Lani Fairways Resort Townhouse w/ Beach Club

The Fairways at Mauna Lani Villa #206 is a luxury townhouse located along the sunny Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island. It is part of a gated community with resort style amenities at the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort.

This peaceful getaway includes private Mauna Lani Beach Club Access—with key card and parking—as well as being fully equipped with beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, an umbrella, and snorkel gear for the day.

This luxury villa is located between two world-class resorts, Mauna Lani Bay and the Fairmont Orchid. The area boasts some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world, with amenities including world-class golf, tennis, water sports, hiking, paddling, and snorkeling.

The villa is decorated in a relaxing Hawaiian style and has an attached carport. It is equipped with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, comfortable tropical decor, quality bed and bath linens, and up-to-date technology (LCD televisions, digital cable, stereo systems/docking stations/Bluetooth speakers, free wireless high-speed internet access).

The villa also makes outdoor living a reality. It includes a state-of-the-art Viking outdoor barbecue grill set against a lush backyard. An outdoor dining table and relaxing Balinese couch make outdoor cooking and dining a breeze. Bikes and beach equipment (towels, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella) are provided for your use as well.

The upstairs master suite includes a king-size bed, a personal spa tub, and its own private lanai surrounded by lush palms. The second bathroom is on the lower level and is easily accessible. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.

The villa has its own full-size washer and dryer. It is an end unit, so it's especially peaceful and quiet.

The oversized swimming pool is a short walk from the villa and includes a waterfall, hot tub, wading pool for young children, and a fitness center.

In addition, guests have access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort Beach Club — a beautiful private beach setting with lounge chairs and cabanas for guests, and world-class snorkeling.

Some of our favorite activities include having lunch or dinner at the Napua Beach Club Restaurant, going for a sail, or walking the beautiful trails around the oceanfront ponds and ancient petroglyphs. You may even spot sea turtles or migrating whales while taking in the sunset.
