Considerato uno dei luoghi più ambiti dell'UNICA comunità condominiale sull'oceano a Mauna Lani, apprezzi rapidamente il punto di vista di essere al secondo piano mentre bevi nella vista davanti a te; il vasto Oceano Pacifico si estende oltre i fairway meticolosamente curati del famoso Mauna Lani South Course, e senti già il rilassamento che ti aspetta mentre guardi l'oceano rotolare dal tuo lanai.
Non vorrai perderti guardando il sole tramontare nell'oceano o vedere le stelle uscire e coprire il cielo; tutto dal tuo lanai.

Ti sentirai a casa con i ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici Viking e Bosch, pavimenti in legno, aggiornamenti in tutto, e arredi di lusso. Con due re camere da letto matrimoniali, è perfettamente impostato per due coppie o una famiglia di quattro persone, ognuna con bagno privato, e ai lati opposti del condominio per un po 'di separazione; avete lo spazio di raccolta ideale nella parte centrale dell'unità, con la cucina a pianta aperta, sala da pranzo e soggiorno che si nutrono del grande lanai, dove trascorrerete indubbiamente la maggior parte del vostro tempo.

Fabulous spot in a great condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mauna Lani condo. It was very well appointed for cooking and the views and amenities of pool and beach access were spectacular. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else on the big island! we'll be back.

Amazing property and

Communication was great. The beach club was amazing for lazy days. The pool was also convenient but we did not spend much time there. It’s a great location to get around the Big Island. We visited Alaska Falls, the Waipio Valley, the Volcano National Park, the Hōnaunau National Historical Site, the Green Sand Beach, and spent time in Hilo and Kailua Kona. Could not have asked for a better view at sunset. If I could rate this unit and location 10/10 I would. We will look to book here again on our next trip to the big island.

Great views and great property great communication 10/10

Everything was well stocked and clean. Views of the ocean were amazing. Communication with Jason was great!I didn’t want to knock down the stars bc the place is so great, only complaints (washing machine has a bad smell right when you walk in, garbage disposal has same type smell and it takes a while for rooms to cool down in the evening). We would definitely stay here again.

High expectations that were exceeded

My wife, 19 year old daughter and I recently spent 5 nights in this unit. Based on the VRBO description, I had high expectations of the unit itself and the view -- and often that is a recipe for disappointment. Not this time!First, the unit itself is first rate. Everything is very nice. I have no complaints whatsover. Second, the view is incredible. The ocean...the coast...the golf course...the other houses...the mountains... Absolutely beautiful. Other than sleeping, we spent very little time in the unit and all our time on the lanai. Third, the Mauna Lani Point property is very nice. We did not use the pool or BBQ grills -- but they are really first rate. Finally, the broader Mauna Lani property is also beautiful. The beach club is a fantastic little beach with great snorkeling, a first class restaurant and great facilities. The grocery store was perfectly adequate for everything we needed. If you get a chance, go early to the black sand beach which also has great snorkeling. All in all -- a fantastic stay. The next time we are on the Big Island, I will search out this unit again.

Beautiful Views and wonderful location

Views were amazing! Sunsets every night over the ocean! Kitchen was really great and well stocked with everything you need. I would have given 5 stars but there were a few issues. The 2nd bathroom shower didn’t have any cold water so we were unable to shower in our bathroom because it was too hot. We ended up having to share the one bathroom with our friends. The management company did try to fix it but could not and so they gave us some $ back which was very nice. They said they are going to remodel the bathroom and honestly it really needs it. The only other issue was the outdoor lanai floor was super dirty when we arrived. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again after they re-do the bathroom. It is really a beautiful and peaceful place with a great management company. Also the beach is very nice with a beautiful bay and a nice restaurant. All in all it was a great place despite those few issues.

Ideal Retreat

Oh my!!! The view of the ocean and the mountains from our large patio was spectacular. So lovely and relaxing. Floor plan of this unit, with two distinct sleeping quarters was ideal. Location could not be beat and that private beach club and restaurant was fantastic. We hope to come back again.

This property is exception, and best for two couples or family of four. View is fabulous of golf course and ocean. Facility includes beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna. Common area outdoor kitchen and dining area with four grills that were immaculately cleaned daily. Definitely would recommend this property.

Amazing Condo with Incredible View

Truly loved our stay at this condo. The view was unbelievable, and although you could see it from living room as well, we basically lived on the lanai, which is very spacious w/ a couch and chairs with enough room to do yoga in the morning without rearranging furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and we loved the Tommy Bohama chairs for the beach. Also, the property management company was great to work with and b/c they didn't have guests the days we arrived and left, they let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late, which was super helpful, and we were very grateful for the flexibility on that! Will hopefully rent again some day soon!

You get what you pay for!

Great location (close to shops, walking trails, community pool/hot tub). Awesome views of ocean over the golf course. Some of the best snorkeling we had on the big island walking distance from the condo - at the included beach club. Well stocked kitchen with all the cooking tools you’ll need. Nice small grocery nearby for your first night. 30 mins from Kona Costco for bigger shopping as you settle in.

Magical

This property is every bit as good as advertised. The location can’t be beat and the amazing views made our stay magical. We enjoyed watching the sunset each night from the property. The nearby grocery store had everything we needed to eat our meals at the condo and the kitchen was well-stocked with high-end appliances, making cooking a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the property amenities were great. We can’t wait to return.

We’ve rented at The Point several times and F205 is clearly the nicest unit we’ve had. The furniture is lovely and comfortable, the kitchen is stocked better than my own, the view is breathtaking and we couldn’t have been happier.

Fabulous condo, the BOMB, Perfection!!!!!

Of all the rentals we have booked, this was by far the best (now in all fairness it was also the most expensive but...we DEFINITELY got what we paid for and would do it again!). Ok, so it didn't have a grater (that we could find anyway) but in every other way it was well stocked--AlClad pans (high-end for those of you non-chefs), plenty of plates, glasses, serving dishes, tupperware, silverware, utensils, etc. All of the appliances are high-end. Furniture is comfortable and well situated. We had issues with the stove (wasn't heating properly) but they sent someone immediately to look at it and try to repair. It ended up needing a new thermostat so it couldn't be repaired during our stay. No big deal really...the community grills were great and there are so many restaurants within a short drive! The property manager is probably still laughing at me with my questions regarding there being sufficient bath products, laundry/dishwasher soap, etc (trust me...after renting places that gave you one roll of tp, one trash bag and one dishwasher tab i wanted to make sure). Well, my worries were pretty funny after we got there...loads of everything...they loaded up at Costco on all the basics you ever need. And speaking of the property manager, he was very quick to respond to questions we had and was able to accommodate our request for a late check-out. I've saved the best for last...the location. Perfectly situated..views of Hualalai (one of the five volcanoes on the island), the 13th hole of the Mauna Lani South course, and the Pacific with its amazing sunsets. Throughout the entire Manua Lani complex there are hiking trails along the water as well as easy access to the Kings Trail. The one from 49 Black Sand Beach to the condo provides some amazing views of the water and all of the inlets. The trail is narrow and is all lava rocks (definitely better in hiking boots or very sturdy shoes--no flip flops!!) Here's hoping you have as great of a time as we did!!!!
