Casa Raiz is home as you adventure through Southern Utah & nearby National Parks

Hot tub, Clean, fresh and cozy with an open floor plan and gorgeous backyard! Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of adventuring in Southern Utah! Children will love the fully fenced large grassy back yard, in-ground trampoline and play area! Home is located close to the center of town, but in a low traffic, peaceful neighborhood with views of farm fields and the red cliffs of Kanab! Sunsets are a dream from here. During Kanab's annual Balloons and Tunes festival, hot air balloons land across the street in the fields. It's an incredible experience!

Beautiful house and Location

So thankful we found this house available for our trip. Extremely clean, comfortable and updated. Stayed 2 nights at the end of a week long trip across nevada arizona and utah and it felt like being at home. Owner is very friendly and quick with communication. House had everything we needed and more with great instructions provided. Wonderful experience, dont hesitate to book!

This home was awesome! The home was everything we wanted after a day hiking the area. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms roomy and very modern. The kitchen was equipped with best appliances and easy to use. We would stay here again next time we are in the area.

Charming, clean and cozy

This house was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. We felt right at home. It was very clean. The linens, towels and pillows were all very comfortable. My kids had hours of fun utilizing the picturesque yard and the view of the stars at night was amazing! If I am ever in the area again I would absolutely stay at this house again. Thank you for providing a home away from home for our family.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed at!

I appreciate attention to detail and Casa Raiz is above and beyond in every way. I've stayed at 4 different VRBO's in the past two months and this has been the best stay of them all. A charming home, great beds, soft towels, location is beautiful, spa is clean and spotless, Every detail has been considered. Thank you, Jennie, for making this a great stay for me and my sisters. Great location!

This place is amazing! The location is perfect to visit Zion, Bryce and Page( Antelope Canyon) and many more. House is equipped with everything you might need, even shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Outside backyard with a clean hot tub is a great addition after long day of hiking. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Home & Great Location

We enjoyed our stay during our travel to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. This was centrally located between the two parks. Very comfortable and clean home and more than met our expectations. Views and sunsets from the front porch were a fun surprise. We did not have any littles with us this trip, but wanted to make mention of the very child-friendly play space in the back yard. The jacuzzi is a nice extra amenity, especially after a full day of hiking. Communication was always prompt and pleasant! Highly recommend… hope to come back some day!

Awesome weekend!!

This place was amazing! Super clean, fully stocked with every kitchen gadget to clean towels for the hot tub and even shampoo and conditioner. The location it great and is in a nice quiet neighborhood! The yard is perfect! Hot tub was spectacular! Price was right and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Family Rental

We loved our stay in Kanab. We have kids 17-12. They all loved the house and amenities. It was so clean and had everything we needed for three days in southern Utah. We loved the patio and hot tub. Our kids loved having some space to spread out after a few days in hotel rooms together. Kanab is beautiful. Just wish our March weather was warmer! But the hot tub was perfect for after our chilly days hiking.

Excellent home and host!!

We stayed for one night while traveling between Zion and the Grand Canyon. The house was better than we expected with everything we needed. My kids loved the trampoline, backyard and hot tub. The beds were very comfy and everything was super clean (I’m a clean freak). Highly recommend for anyone traveling through Kanab. The host was very communicative and Kanab was a great little town. We stopped by the grocery store and picked up pizza for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Details! Consciences of home!
