Modern/Luxury Townhouse- HOT TUB - Sleep up to 8!

Have adventures with the whole family in this modern/luxury Kanab townhouse that can sleep 9 people and garage 2 cars.

Within walking distance to downtown Kanab, you'll love using this home as a basecamp as you explore one of the most amazing areas on planet earth.

Found close to, or in, Kanab:

Our home has 2 levels, the main floor houses the gathering areas such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and entry.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, as well as a coffee and tea station.

Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms. One master suite with an en suite bathroom, and a king size bed, as well as a work station, and TV. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and TV, as well as access to the roof top terrace. The third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, as well as a TV and access to the rooftop terrace.

We also have a queen air mattress to accommodate more guests, as well as a pack and play for infants.

The home has a two car garage that can fit two vehicles. The home is in the heart of downtown Kanab, and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and more.

This house was great. The location is great, the house was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub, the candy dispenser things for kids, and the comfortable living room/tv set up. This was a great time place to stay for all of our nearby adventures.

This is a really comfortable condo for our family of four. It’s centrally located in Kanab and served as a great base location for our vacation. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. There are plenty of cooking utensils and spices on hand, although only 5 drinking glasses. There was plenty of room for our family of four and we didn’t feel on top of one another. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

It was a perfect stay for my friends and I for some hiking in Zion and Bryce. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for the four of us. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night. It was clean as well and very comfortable. The house was very easy to communicate with and responsive. I would highly recommend this day if you are coming out to Kanab.

Perfect home away from home

Very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities and then some! Great viewing spot for Balloons and Tunes. Kristal was easy to work with and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Hope to be back next year!

Perfect location and setup

This made our stay in Kanab the highlight of our trip! After hours in the car and 4 nights cramped in hotels, having room to spread out a bit, sleep on amazingly comfortable beds/bedding, use the massive washing machine, relax in the hot tub, and cook our favorite meals made this the most renewing part of our trip. When we originally booked we were only thinking about taking in National parks, but ended up enjoying an amazing tour of Peekaboo slot canyon and the Great Chamber with Coral Cliff tours that took us on a few awesome side stops. If we had stayed longer we would have enjoyed more locations nearby. Our only surprise was not realizing that the distance to Zion Visitors center (hub of the park) was actually an hour away, not 30 minutes as we anticipated. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This beautiful rental was located super close to town .. an easy walk to the best restaurants! Also convenient location to Bryce and Zion and Page . Do yourself a favor and book this rental for you and your family.

Perfect home base for our Utah/AZ adventure!

This place was perfect for us (two couples). I loved that it had two king beds so one couple didn’t have to sacrifice. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was the perfect spot for us to come back to after our adventures. It was about an hour and a half to Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, and to Kanarra falls. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long day hiking. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

Comfort and Great Location

We spent three nights here while exploring Bryce and Zion. The townhouse was very comfortable and spacious for two couples. There was a bit of confusion in the listing as it stated there was a rooftop terrace but we learned that meant the balcony. Kristin, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. When we come back to beautiful Zion and Bryce we will stay here again!

Wonderful spot!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and my only regret was not booking longer! We loved the hot tub, the house was clean and cozy, and it was perfectly located to make it a base house and explore some amazing parks! We will certainly be back!
