We had a great stay!!! This was the perfect base for visiting Zion and Bryce. The town has several good restaurants and Kim’s place was fantastic. Stand out was it’s cleanliness and how well stocked it was with extra towels, trash bags, tissues, etc. Most places, even the really nice ones, tend to skimp on these things but this one was well stocked. It was roomy, very comfortable and just overall a beautiful home. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Beautiful, very clean, spacious, well kept townhouse. It was like being at home as it was very well equipped with all the needs included, especially for bathroom and kitchen. The backyard spa and the EV charger in the garage were a big plus for us. The host, Kim, was attentive and checked with us to make sure we didn’t need something else. Staying in Kanab was very convenient , we were able to visit both Zion and Bryce Canyon, besides couple of nice hikes that were closer to Kanab. We would definitely go back and we already recommended the place to our family if they want to go.

We used Kanab as our home base to visit Bryce Canyon, Zion and the East Rim of the Grand Canyon (since the North Rim is currently closed). This location was perfect. We loved the small town feel. There were 2 grocery stores in close proximity which is always important when we travel. The townhouse was perfectly located in the town. It was clean, safe and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent base for Zion, Grand Canyon, Bryce etc.

We stayed 5 nights as a family of 4 and grandparents. We were all equally pleased. Very well stocked, the owner thought of every little detail, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The couch was extremely comfortable, the beds were soft, we loved the tv and ceiling fan in each room. The kitchen was very well stocked including an air fryer, crock pot, rice cooker, and all pots and pans you will need. It’s a very short drive (less than an hour) to Zion, about 1.5 hours to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, which is beautiful!! About 1.5 hours to Bryce Canyon, also beautiful and about 2 hours to antelope canyon, and Horshoe bend. We did an atv tour local in Kanab (Expedition Kanab) and went to the great chamber and peekaboo slot canyon. It was a wonderful trip and this townhouse helped make it wonderful! Don’t hesitate to book! **We also loved the garage games and hot tub **

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Kanab! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, but close to everything we wanted to explore, including Zion, Bryce, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes.The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. Home away from home

Kim anticipated our every need from blankets to toiletries to spices to sandwich bags to books to games! Her townhouse was sparkling clean and so very comfortable. We loved the view of the mountains from the balcony and the cute goats and horses behind us. We were sad to leave. Thanks, Kim, for an amazing place to stay. You really went above and beyond!

Beautiful townhome

We absolutely loved our stay in Kim’s townhome! The space was beautifully laid out and it felt super comfortable for my family of 6, plus my parents who joined us on our trip. Everyone had their own space and the beds were so comfortable!! Perfect location between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. We even made the trip to Grand Canyon. We had to use the south entrance as the north was close because it was still too early in the season, so a bit of a longer trip, 3.5hrs, but still totally doable. We did tons of hiking and sightseeing and it was so nice to come back and relax in the hot tub. Everything was very well laid out and labeled and there were so many extras! Anything you could want for the kitchen, like an air fryer, rice cooker, toaster ect. She even supplied a cooler which was perfect for lunches in the parks! Having a grill was an added bonus as we cooked most of our meals there. The check in and out process was extremely easy and the place was very easy to find Thank you again Kim for the wonderful stay! We definitely hope to come again!

Kanab Spring Break trip

We are a family of 6 and greatly enjoyed staying at this condo! It was modern, clean, and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic. The location is great for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon, as well as lots of fun things to visit in Kanab and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for easy access to different parks

Attention to detail was amazing. We were so impressed with all the little things that were at the condo. From spices in the kitchen cabinets to shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, this place took care of it all. We had plenty of room for our family of five. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed were available.

Excellent property

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the condo. It was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We drove to Zion, Page and Grand Staircase Escalante. It was perfect. They had enough towels and all the kitchen supplies anyone could need.

The best rental!

Kim has thought of everything for this property! Down to the QTips in the bathroom that came in handy! Everything is very tidy and organized with much attention to detail. I loved the step by step instructions throughout the stay! I 1000% recommend this VRBO!! It was the best one we have ever stayed at!!

Kaleidoscope Kanab

The place is incredibly clean, convenient, and comfortable. Kanab is a special place and this unit fits it perfectly. We had a great time and Desert Ridge is a wonderful base camp to explore the parks and all things in a couple hour radius. Walkable to town. The 4th of July is quite a firework experience in Kanab! Kim is super helpful and kind. Would stay there again and without hesitation would recommend.

Great stay in Kanab

Out of all the rentals I’ve stayed in, this was perhaps the best equipped. It’s a new listing, and all the furnishings and appliances , including small appliances, were top notch. But beyond the “expected” the owners also thought to include all the extras. Pens, paper, and post-its were found in the desk. Extra power strip. There was a charging station with every possible phone, iPad, etc. connector. Closet full of games, books and puzzles. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and property

A group of 7 adults stayed and it was the perfect place. Location was great to visit Zion and Bryce. Extremely clean and everything was like brand new. 3 bathrooms was a great perk. Kitchen had everything you could need. Lots of extras provided. Spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Brand new and perfect stay!

My family of 6 stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! My kids ranging from 8-16 years said it was amazing and the best VRBO we ever stayed at. All Of the appliances, kitchen items, and washer dryer are brand new. The beds, couches, hot tub, and all decor were so beautiful and comfortable. From the littlest details, like Ziploc bags to big things like the check in process and temperature was all perfect. If you’re looking for a comfortable home away from Home this is the VRBO for you. Also, we went to Bryce and Zion and this was the perfect spot!
