The Space:

Discover the perfect desert dream stay in this luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath Kanab home nestled beneath Utah’s iconic red rock cliffs. This beautiful home features a optimal floor plan, with a bright open living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen at the center, and a bedroom and bathroom on either side. Multiple large sliding glass doors offer stunning views of the red rock vistas and the pristine yard. Enjoy green grass, beautiful rose bushes, and outdoor seating and a private hot tub, perfect to soak after a day spent hiking or visiting the surrounding national parks. There is plenty of parking for vehicles in the driveway and on the street. Need a place to park your RV? We offer an RV pad with electric hookups for a fee of $50 per night.



The large Primary Suite with a plush California King sized mattress, large walk-in closet, patio access, Smart TV, Ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom awaits you at the end of an adventurous day. The ensuite bathroom features both a walk in shower and a jetted tub.



The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, patio access, ceiling fan, and private entrance to the 2nd full bathroom. The second full bathroom is accessible from both the 2nd bedroom and the hallway for the convenience of all guests. A full sized air mattress is also available for additional guests.

If you are staying with us during the Kanab's hot air balloon festival, Balloons & Tunes, you will have a front row seat to the balloon launch which happens in the field right behind the house!

The Neighborhood:

Located close to Highway 89 for easy access, but far enough away that the neighborhood is peaceful. This property is located on a wide street and there is very little traffic that passes by. The neighborhood is wrapped in red cliffs, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. There is a large empty field behind the home, so there is a nice feeling of seclusion. With plenty of parking in the driveway as well as on the street, there is plenty of room for your vehicles or ATV trailer, there's even room to park your RV and have electrical hookups on the north side of the house (additional RV fee will be added).



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views and the trail for K-hill and Pugh's Canyon are just a short walk from the home. Additionally, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, pavilions, and tennis/pickleball courts; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours. Downtown Kanab with all of its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes drive away.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $250 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: 2 dogs allowed per reservation. Pets are not allowed to be unattended in the home and must be in a crate if left alone. We also ask that you monitor your pet at all times and clean up after your pet. Please understand and respect our policy, we appreciate your cooperation.
